The gated community of Emerald Island Resort is ideally located only four miles from Disney World, five miles from Disney's Animal Kingdom, and six miles from Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park. The resort grounds span more than 300 acres, offering wonderful on-site amenities such as an outdoor pool and spa, a tropical poolside bar, a fitness center, a sauna, a business center, a nature trail, and courts for tennis, pickleball, volleyball, and basketball.

Begin and end each day outside on your back terrace, where you'll find the screened pool and spillover spa, a gas grill for summer barbecues, and a shaded lounge space that's cooled by ceiling fans. Even more family fun - including a pool table - awaits in the converted garage game room.

This two-story home was designed with a crowd in mind, offering such conveniences as central air conditioning and a private laundry room. Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, two interior dining tables (with a high chair), and a light-filled living room with generous seating and a smart TV. Of the eight bedrooms (all with TVs), two are on the ground floor, including the primary suite. The other six bedrooms are upstairs.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
