About this property

WELCOME- to your home-away-from-home on Maury Mountain Lane. This custom, 2000-square-foot home nestled in the trees has wonderful mountain decor furnishings with all the amenities. Everything you need and then some.

Our home is located near Sunriver's Woodland Golf Course. Just a short walk on the bike path will take you to the clubhouse, tennis courts, or the Sunriver Market Place. We also have unlimited SHARC passes.

The home features a reverse living floor plan, which is a very comfortable open style with lots of natural light and vaulted ceiling. On the main floor (upstairs) you have the living room, dining area, kitchen, one-half bath, and master bedroom. The living room has a stone gas fireplace, cozy setting with a vaulted cedar ceiling, which overlooks the back into the large wooded area. The dining area has seating for eight with three more at the counter.

There is access to the top deck from the dining area where you will find a gas barbecue, umbrella table, love seat glider, and seating for more. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would ever need. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and access to the deck which will take you to the hot tub on the lower deck.

The lower level is where you find the cozy family room. You have access to the lower deck where the hot tub is and a chairlift swing for those relaxing days. Off the family room is the second master suite which has a queen-size bed.

Bedroom three is also off the family room which has two sets of bunk beds, with one set having a double-size bed on the bottom. Bathroom three is off bedroom three and the family room. The laundry room is off the family room on the way to the garage, where there are plenty of bikes for the whole family and friends. We also have a foosball table and a ping pong table.

We have all the bikes you will need. There is over 30 miles of bike trails just waiting for you to explore.

** We have 8 Unlimited SHARC Passes included in your stay. This saves you hundreds of dollars with these unlimited use passes! These passes give you access to the SHARC aquatic pools, tubing hill, tennis courts and the Sunriver owners boat launch.

Sunriver reunion

Great property to rent with friends/family when meeting up with others in Sunriver. Liked the north quiet location of property. Did tons of biking to swim, village, and Benham falls.

Comfortable, clean and full of amenities

We had a wonderful stay here with 3 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 children. The house was spacious for our group and the rooms were comfortable. We enjoyed the bikes, foosball, ping pong and the spa. Everything was in great shape and clean. We would definitely come back.

Great House

The house was very clean, and was nicely decorated with upgraded finishes. There was enough space and entertainment for two families with teenagers. 8 passes to the SHARC and the marina, plus bikes, foosball, ping pong, hot tub, and comfy spots to hang out (indoors and out) made for an awesome vacation home.

Great experience.

The property was perfect. Only issue was with SHARC facility staff. Handed staff 5 passes to enter and they handed back 4. Noticed this a few minutes later and returned to staff and he insisted there were only 4. (if so then why did they let 5 of us in?) Next day talked to manager and they quickly found the missing pass. Said pass most likely fell between computer and desk as employee was scanning. If I wasn't paying attention I would have had to pay $75 fee for lost pass. Be careful of SHARC staff.

Lovely North Sunriver Home

Our annual "girls trip" to Sunriver, we had a wonderful time. The house was comfortable and very well appointed. The owners did an excellent job or leaving instructions around the property for our benefit. We did not take advantage of the Sharc passes, but it was nice to know they were thee if we wanted them. We did need to reach out a couple of time for minor issues, and Clark was quick to reply. We liked it so much we have rented it again, for our 2025 trip.

We had the best time in this home!! Cute little home for our family getaway!! Lots of room for everyone. We enjoyed the hot tub and it was nice having two separate living rooms. Kids played downstairs and adults could visit upstairs. We will definitely stay here again!!

Peaceful retreat

This is a beautiful home and property. Although its tucked between other houses, it still provided privacy with great wooded views. We loved riding the bikes provided, cooking in the fully stocked kitchen and warm blankets for the evening. The hot tub was clean and relaxing. We popped into the Village at Sunriver to explore and ate at a yummy place called The Wallow. The ping pong table was fun. We recommend this place!

Awesome house in Sun River

Very much enjoyed our stay to attend a family birthday party. House was very well stocked, clean and accessible. Couldn't get my daughter and friend out of the hot tub during the snow ( they are from Vegas ). Communication with host was great. Husband was impressed with the wood and wildlife decor. Winter escape with the family

Nice place to stay in Sunriver. Quiet neighborhood. Nice front yard, big enough to build a small hill for my 2 and 4 year old to sled down. The house was very comfortable and clean. We really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect family home!

This was the perfect family home for our Thanksgiving away. First of all, when you walk in this home, it’s more beautiful than the pictures show! The setup and cleanliness are top notch and the heated floors in the master bath make early morning wakings more pleasant. There are enough bathrooms that no one had to wait to get ready in the morning and the setup of the bedrooms allowed for quiet naps for the newborn and laughing around the kitchen with board games….at the same time! They really have thought of everything and the location was perfect. SO easy to find, not too long of a walk to the market for a special hot chocolate for the kids and a bottle of wine for the adults. Thank you for sharing your home with us, we can’t wait to come back.

Great getaway

My small family of three, along with my brother's family of 4 enjoyed our time here very much. Our ages range from mid-40s to 6, and everyone wants to return so that is impressive! The space was perfect for two families, the kitchen was well stocked with cookware and the large dining room table was perfect for all of us to enjoy meals together. The hot tub was a great addition that everyone loved. The Sunriver community provided ample opportunities for the kids to enjoy themselves. Thanks so much! We'd love to return!

A very nice vacation.

We enjoyed our stay and we would book #4 Maury Mtn lane again. The house was plenty big and fully stocked with everything we needed for a weeks stay. The upstairs master bed mattress could use a replacement as you go flying when your bed mate tosses or turns. Bring your own laundry detergent as theirs was quite heavily perfumed. A bit noisy at times from the back deck but after traffic calms it’s very quiet. The lower level was freezing most of the time, even with all vents closed off. Upstairs level was perfect. Location of the house was great. Bikes were plentiful and in good working order. On a resort note, the Sharc pool was great for kids, but there is nothing for older teens and adults. It’s the only pool for people who rent houses in SR. It’s crowded, too.

Great space for two families! Sunriver is amazing, and this house was a wonderf adjunct to it. 6 bikes to tool around town, a ping pong table, a hot tub, and a very friendly common space all added up to a good time. Couldn’t have been more relaxing 😌 😎

We loved this house and look forward to returning. It was easy to check in, had everything we needed for our stay plus more, and we were able to extend our stay through quick and easy communication with the owners. Great house!

We enjoyed our stay! Everything was very comfy from beds to furniture! Although it was raining- :( - the deck looked like it would’ve been great to hang out on! Hot tub was clean and well kept! Check in and out were very smooth. Only a couple minor things.. it was very cold downstairs-,which would’ve felt great in the summer probably. The difference between the upstairs and downstairs temps was unusually large. My husband loved the temp downstairs at night for sleeping though. Kitchen counter and pans were not super clean, but everything else was. It was a minor thing, and owner got right back to me when I contacted him! Great experience in this home!!

We really enjoyed staying here, and appreciated how well the home was set up for our family of 4 and grandparents. Ping pong and bikes were in great shape, recommend bringing your own paddles if you are into ping pong. Located very close to woodlands and north pool. Highly recommend!

This house was amazing!! So many extras that made our stay wonderful!

We had a great time staying here. There was plenty of space, and everything was really comfortable. Loved the extras, SHARC passes, bikes, games, etc…. The hot tub was a nice treat as well. Would definitely recommend staying here. One nice thing might be to have some pickleball gear, but we didn’t mind renting it. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Beautiful home

Great location, very clean and had all the appliance for cooking. The pictures need updated as it shows they have kids bikes (they do not any more), which was a little inconvenient as we rented the home assuming there was kinds bikes. The owner is very quick to respond to any questions and had a great book with all emergency contacts listed (not needed- thank goodness). Will be staying with them again!

Why they chose this property

We purchased our Maury Mtn home when our children were young. We vacationed here several times a year and just fell in love with Sunriver. There is just an endless amount of activities in and around Sunriver.

What makes this property unique

Our home is just 3 home lots away from the 40+ miles of bike trails in Sunriver, which is one of our favorite things to do. After a long bike ride or day on the mountain, the hot tub is a must.
