POOL AND LANAI

Enjoy the Florida outdoors in our screen protected private pool and spa where you can relax on our private lanai, have a family tournament on our giant connect four set, relax in the pool, or simply enjoy a meal in the nice Florida warmth. We even provide special plastic plates and cups to more safely enjoy the outdoors. Pool & Spa access is free, with heating available upon request at a cost of $40/day for your whole stay if notified at least 3 days before your stay.

As with most pools, although it would be heated, it does not reach the higher heat levels of a spa. If requested, pool heating turns on automatically from 8am-10pm while the higher spa temperatures can be turned on any time of day. There is a full bathroom next to the pool for convenient access from outside.

For the safety of your family, we have a pool fence (removable if you don't need it) and pool door alarms connected to the two doors accessing the pool that will make noise when the door opens unless pressed, or if the door is left open.

HOME AMENITIES

For those that need to work, we have high speed internet, private work desks in our two King Bedrooms, and plenty of table and counterspace in the dining room.

Guests will have free access to the Oasis Clubhouse and the Retreat Club including lazy river, water slides, large pool, tiki bar, restaurant, fitness center, business center, arcade, movie theater, volleyball courts, tennis courts, & pickleball courts. For the safety of all guests, please note that Oasis Clubhouse and Retreat Club pools and cabanas may close if there is lightning risk in the area.

Our kitchen comes equipped with basic cooking supplies and all your needed appliances.

We provide a starter kit of paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods to last the first 1-2 days. Guests are responsible for any additional amounts needed beyond the starter kit. We can recommend stores nearby.

If interested in a propane grill, we can arrange for a rental through a third party rental company if notified at least 5 days before your stay.

This community includes a trash valet service every morning.

Fantastic stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was more beautiful than the pictures. The owners were extremely helpful and responsive! Would highly recommend if traveling with a baby/toddler as they provided everything you would need! House was clean and beds/couches super comfortable. We will definitely be a repeat guest!

Amazing time just outside of Disney!

We had a pretty big group that stayed at the Magical Portal while we were in transition from FL to another part of our trip and this was the PERFECT place to stay that was both comfortable and incredibly fun for both adults and kids! We loved that we still felt the magic of Disney while being just far away from crowds. A perfect getaway - highly recommend to anyone looking for privacy and the amenities you'd get at any Disney or Universal property!

Everything about our visit was excellent. Starting from our great host. They were so quick and helpful for any questions we had. The house is beautiful. My kids were in aww of the Disney themed decor. The pool and hot tub with the safety features was amazing. Would 100% stay again when in the area.

A little piece of magic outside the parks

From the decor in the rooms, to the in house arcade, this home is perfect for maximizing your magical experience. The unique theming in each room was amazing, especially the Marvel and Moana rooms. The TV spaces were decorated as well with Up, Tangled, and other movies. The arcade in the garage was really fun, with a variety of games and a great black-lit Tron theming. Groceries and other stores were located near the neighborhood by car and our hosts were very responsive. Likely to come back and would suggest this place to anyone!

This villa was the perfect place to stay for our family. Their baby amenities made it easy for us to travel and keep our daughter safe in the home. We had so much fun in the game room, private pool, and upstairs & downstairs living rooms with comfortable sofas, which definitely came in handy for our multiple families. As Disney fans, we really loved all of the amazing Disney art, and the close proximity to both the Disney Parks and the resort amenities where our daughter really enjoyed the splash pad. The hosts were very responsive, which was greatly appreciated. We highly recommend this home and can't imagine a better place to stay for families with young kids! We truly had everything we needed and will definitely be back!

Great for families or a group of friends, with amazing Disney decor!

We had an awesome time at Magical Portal House for our adults group trip! We loved playing retro arcade games in the Tron game room, relaxing with the big screen TV's, and hanging out on our private lanai and jacuzzi. The beds were comfortable and the home was very spacious so there was room for everyone to enjoy themselves. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals when we didn't feel like going out. This villa was a convenient short walk to the clubhouse where we floated in the lazy river and enjoyed some beverages from the tiki bar. The clubhouse itself has a fitness center that came in handy in order to burn off the calories from all the good eats during our stay. Overall, we definitely recommend this home and these hosts for all groups! You'll certainly have an amazing time!

Beautiful Disney-Themed House, Perfect for Kids and Babies

We loved our stay at this spacious house! They had everything we needed for our baby and toddler, from pack-n-play to high chairs and many great toy selections, making it so easy for us as parents not to worry about packing those items for our short trip. The private pool got plenty of sun all day and even was nice at night when we put the kids to bed. The game room was a big hit that it gave us the nostalgic feeling of games we played when we were younger, so we didn’t want to leave. We LOVED all the Disney murals throughout the home and captured some great family pictures in front of this gorgeous Disney art! The little ones loved playing in the splash pad at the resort’s clubhouse while the adults enjoyed the lazy river and tiki bar. We can’t wait to come back to this area so we can stay at this house again!

Perfect, magical experience for our family.

We had an amazing stay were absolutely mesmerized by the Magical Portal house! All of the murals and pictures on the walls were incredibly beautiful. The pictures online don’t do them justice. As soon as we got in, our child was so elated going back and forth between the rooms. It really set the tone for our family trip to Disney. Our daughter has also been transitioning from a crib and we found thay the bottom bunk of the Moana bed was a great height for her to practice getting in and out of bed. One of the highlight memories for our Disney trip actually came from this house because our daughter felt so special watching Moana while in the Moana room! The hosts were very responsive during our stay and really made sure we were taken care. There are a lot of amenities for young children and I appreciate the safety gate at the stairs and fence by the pool so we did not have to worry about safety.

Ideal Family Vacation

This place is outstanding. The hosts were exceptional in promptly responding and providing helpful tips on the home and the area (really close to Disney)! If you and your families are looking for a spacious home in a nice gated community with a private pool, this home fits the bill. And it is stocked! Lot more supplies than what I typically see in a vacation home especially with so many baby amenities! Thanks so much for a great stay!

Our guests have free access to the Oasis Clubhouse (0.4 miles away) and Retreat Club (2 miles away) in Champions Gate Resort (0.4 miles away), which have Resort Style Pools, Water Slides, Splash Pads, Cabanas, Lazy River, Tiki Bar, Fitness Center, Movie Theater, Game Room, and Volleyball Courts that allows the adventure to continue even outside the house. Champions Gate also has George Clifton designed 18-hole golf course with a driving range and putting green, Golf clubhouse and pro shop, pickleball courts, and clay tennis courts along with a tennis clubhouse.

ChampionsGate is in a central location with good access to Disney. There are many restaurants and shops in the immediate area to meet your needs!
