Why they chose this property
Casa Blanca is in a newly built community that is easily accessible by foot or car to many grocery stores, banks, or restaurants in Uvita. You may be woken up by Howler Monkeys or watch a troop of White Face Capuchin Monkeys passing through or hanging out in neighborhood trees. For the bird lovers, Scarlet Macaws and Toucans have been seen perched in the neighboring trees, along with so many other species of birds. On the rare occasion a sloth has been spotted close by.
