Nice central location

We really enjoyed the gated condo with the private pool Tina and Miguel were very helpful for all our needs The location is central to many attractions It was an enjoyable holiday

Great place with private pool!

The house was very nice and clean. It has its own pool, parking spot and in a safe place. The pool gets cleaned constantly and they have regular towels and pool towels. The property manager was very efficient and helpful, he replys fast. Quiet place, easy to relax. Wifi kept coming and going, not good for working, but good for everything else.

This was an excellent property at a great price albeit in a bit of an inconvenient location with no view to speak of. The host was great and very accommodating. Communication occurred through Watsapp. Laundry facilities available but no detergent provided. Hand soap and dish soap provided.

Best bed in 5 weeks in Costa Rica!

It is exactly as it appears in the listing. So clean. Beautiful fluffy towels and lots of them. Beach towels that are large and thick. Comfy bed with nice linens and the best pillows. Large and 2 each! We have found this so rare in Costa Rica. The kitchen is well stocked. They even had pepper, oil, vinegar, coffee, and paper towels! Nice pots and a kettle and toaster! We have been travelling 5 weeks and stayed in over a dozen places and never had these items provided! Outside by the plunge pool is a bbq and comfy chairs. You are safe in the gated area. It is also very quiet. Great AC and hot water with loads of pressure. When you are driving to it the first time, look for a grey elephant statue by the gate. We loved the place.

Perfect villa and host

My wife and I stayed in this villa for 3 nights and can't thank Miguel, our host, enough for providing us such a perfect place to enjoy Uvita, Domincal, and the surrounding beaches and water falls. The villa has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms which a perfect size even though we only needed one. The living room and fully equipped kitchen was also spacious and perfect for a longer stay which we will do again for sure but this time for at least 7 days to enjoy more sites and parks. The villa is extremely clean and is pretty much new. The sheets and towels were stainless and of good quality including the beach towels. Miguel who communicated with us a few times prior to arrival also greeted us at the time of check-in and provided a ton of information from dinning to tours in the area which was very useful. His top restaurant choices became ours and we just wish we had more time to go to more of them. He also met us at the time of checkout. We hope to be back soon as not only the villa was perfect but also it's location to many great parks makes it ideal for us. Thank you Miguel.

Tina is an excellent host. The villas kitchen require some additional tools like a can opener and knives. A must to rent a car though
