Located in a welcoming residential neighborhood! Prime location of Fresno and close to everything. Head to Fresno's Chaffee Zoo with the kids or take them to the Aerozone Trampoline Park.

Newly Remodeled 3 bed 2 bath ~1500 sq ft house that comfortably sleeps 8 and is packed with wonderful amenities listed below:

The location is a residential safe neighborhood. There is enough parking for 3 cars in the driveway area.

Kindly note, there's a separate studio unit at the property, where other guests may stay. Nevertheless, the backyard, patio, and pool are designated for you. We'll ensure the guests in the studio are aware of this setup.

Due to its proximity to Bulldog Stadium, parking on the street on football game days might lead to vehicle towing. For details about the necessary parking permit, kindly refer to the house manual.

The home was great, the rooms were clean and spacious, and beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, we brought some spices to take care of our meals, but they had all you need to take care of cooking. The pool was great. 8ft I think. The AC worked well. Our communication with the host was great. Our kid forgot their glasses, and they arranged for a pick up later that day. Over all we were pleased.

West coast tour

It had everything we needed. There was carpet in the bedroom pics, but it was not carpeted. I was fine with that. The pool was nice to relax in after a long day at the national parks. Close to many restaurants and gas stations.

If you are comfortable with back house being rented and no blinds in kitchen and den…..

I have never rated a property poorly before. Please make sure you read and understand that there is a back house and it can be rented. There are no blinds in the kitchen area and den which seems very odd, so you have no privacy in the common areas. The inside of the property is relatively clean, the outside seems like they ignore. The second guest room has a terrible mattress and all particle board furniture. If you wanted a bunk room and primary bedroom then the sleeping arrangements would be fine. The neighborhood seemed safe.
