Home near Downtown Fresno & Fresno Community Regional Medical Center. Ideal for families, groups, or work crews. Private backyard with large parking area perfect for company trucks, fast Wi-Fi & full kitchen. Peaceful area close to restaurants, stores & highways. Very close to freeways 99, 41, 168 & 180. Only 1.5 hrs from Yosemite & Sequoia, 1 hr from Kings Canyon—comfort & convenience for work or relaxation. Check-Out Policy:
Check-out time is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any departure after this time will be considered a late check-out and will incur a fee of $70 per hour. Welcome to our spacious 5-bedroom, 2 bath home that comfortably sleeps large groups with 10 beds (including one air mattress). Enjoy modern amenities throughout, including high-speed WiFi and 6K Roku TVs with complimentary Netflix .

The heart of the home is our fully equipped kitchen, featuring a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, air fryer, microwave, stove, refrigerator, pots & pans, dishes, and silverware. Essential cooking ingredients such as salt, pepper, spices, and sugar are provided, along with complimentary coffee and tea.

Families traveling with infants will find convenience in the Pack 'n Play Playard, complete with a comfortable mattress.

• Yard cleanup day is usually on friday but can change due to gardener availability. If you’re staying with us on a Friday , the gardener will be there sometime between 8am –3pm to clean the front and back yard.
• Trash/waste pickup is on Friday, Someone might be there on Thursday evening to take the trash bins out to the curb.

Sleeping arrangement:
Bedroom 1: 1 Twin over full bunk bed with pull-out trundles—perfect for extra guests.
Bedroom 2: 1 Twin over full bunk bed with pull-out trundles—perfect for extra guests.
Bedroom 3: 1 full bed.
Bedroom 4 : 1 queen bed.
Bedroom 5: (Master) 1 cal king bed 🛌. Guest has access to the entire house including the garage, with the exception of some closets and cabinets used for storage.
