what a great affordable spot to have a great trip with the family. the listing doesn't note that there is also a pool right next to the unit. could use a few updates but with 4 teenage boys we don't need anything too posh.

Condo was a bit dated and could use some new ceiling tiles and new soaking tub but beyond that the place was super clean and plenty of comfortable space and seating area. Also had 3 bathrooms not 2, one for each bedroom. Wrap around balcony was awesome and the beach was just as beautiful inside looking out of the Huge windows as it was from the balcony. We'll definitely be back!

Leeward Tower

Condo was great but the personal beach access and parking was our favorite part because we didnt have to fight for a spot on the beach or a parking spot since it is not Tower 1,2, or 3 where it stays pretty crowded and you still get the Edgewater experience of the island pool, movies at night, Oceans Restaurant and Bar and the Edgie Store.
