Esta es una (ft 1366 sq.). Preciosa, amplia, unidad diseñador actualizado con un balcón privado con vistas al Golfo de México, donde se puede ver la puesta de sol en las playas más hermosas del mundo! Las ventanas del piso al techo en los comedores y salas de estar ofrecen vistas ilimitadas del Golfo. El salón cuenta con dos sofás de tamaño completo y TV de pantalla plana junto con una silla de lado y otomana. Mostradores de granito y electrodomésticos nuevos son un punto culminante en la cocina, que viene totalmente equipado. El dormitorio principal tiene un vestidor y un baño privado con una ducha de azulejos y se accede al segundo baño desde el dormitorio de invitados, así como desde el pasillo principal. Ambas habitaciones cuentan con TV de pantalla plana. Se proporciona una lavadora y secadora para su conveniencia. Todos los pisos son de baldosas con la excepción de los dormitorios. Sillas de playa y sombrilla siempre.

El establecimiento cuenta con un restaurante de servicio completo y bar, 11000 sq. Ft. Piscina de la laguna (9 piscinas en la propiedad), piscina climatizada en frente de la unidad, spa, gimnasio con actividades de bienestar, 12 canchas de tenis de plexicusión, campo de golf ejecutivo de 9 hoyos con tienda profesional, transporte gratuito en carrito de golf dentro del complejo, una sala de juegos , y por supuesto la playa!

Overall we had a wonderful time. Being a 42 yr travel agent, I have a keen eye when it comes to accommodation's. This is constructive feedback than a critical review!. A few things were noticed; the mattress in the master bedroom is saggy on one side near the bathroom. Also, there is a small leak in the master bath, causing some damage to the wall and is showing mildew. This is going to ruin the sheet rock. We love the walk-in closet with the dresser, though!. The low flow toilets needed twoflushes – ha ha – and despite our best efforts with a tide pods and fabric softener, the towels had an awful mildew smell. Perhaps they need tossed and new ones purchase. We also found Cheerios and other bits of food on the kitchen floor when we arrived. The master bathroom toilet wasn’t perfectly clean. (Urine stains) It would be fantastic if the smaller closet that was converted into a sitting area could be used for hanging clothes; the one with the beach supplies wasn’t quite right for the girls dresses. A few extra hooks in the bathroom would have also been helpful – we ended up drying our towels in the dryer instead of hanging them.No fault of the owners, but the elevator situation was a bit of a bottle neck! There were times when the line stretched all the way to the sliding door doors. I spoke to another owner, and he said the property just didn’t care. You all should file a lawsuit as this will deter me and others from returning to the property. Owner was great and responsive.

Great view but Needs updates and deep clean

I want to start with the positives of our stay. The owner was very responsive and helpful at the start of our vacation. The check in process was easy and the view and location of the condo were very convenient for our stay. Very close to the beach, pool, restaurant and event space. Unfortunately when we arrived the place was much more run down then it appeared in the pictures. It has carpet in both bedrooms and entry way. I would highly recommend removing all carpet and large rugs as they do not appear clean with multiple stains and just not logistically a good choice for a beach rental with multiple guests. We also found what appeared to be black mold in the master bath and doorways. There was also a very large roach found. All of these pictures were shared with the owner. We had several friends stay in the same complex who had freshly updated and clean condos, this one is due for an update. Additionally people are paying more than a hotel night stay to be here, and there were not nice amenities like decent towels. The towels were terrible and not enough for a weeks stay for 4 people. This seems like an easy fix. In a rental property I would suggest replacing towels and rugs frequently based on usage. It should be noted the two bunks are in a closet that was very dark and moist… no one wanted to sleep in there. The master mattress is also needing to be replaced. The kitchen was nice and fully stocked for our needs as well as two beach chairs and toys. We left several pool

Great stay

Lovely location. Bring your own dish soap and laundry. Also your own shower products. The views were to die for. The place provided plenty of space and was relaxing.

Great place for fall break!

We enjoyed the Edgewater Beach Resort! Judy was a great host to work with. She communicated and responded to all questions. We loved the views and condo was large enough for our family our youngest loved the bunk room.

Amazing

We were in the area for dance nationals again this year. This condo was soooo much better than the previous year. Clean ready on time and no issues with the condo or elevator. They could lose some furniture to give some extra space but overall a wonderful property!

PCB stay

Overall stay was great. There was an Ironman at the complex so parking was a little tricky, but it was fun to watch the race from the balcony. Pools were great, beach was easily accessible.

Wonderful Getaway!

Our family had the best time at the “Beach Place”. Judy was wonderful to work with and let us check in early! The condo was perfect, my kids loved the bunk room. There were beach toys, umbrella, and chairs in the room for us to use - perfect for us coming from out of town. Everything was so fresh & clean. We loved being in the quieter tower 2.

Best Week of our LIVES!

Can’t express how much my family enjoyed our stay. The place, amenities, location, view!! The kitchen was fully stocked with every appliance EXCEPT a waffle maker haha 😂 I mean it was pretty much a home away from home. I almost bought a waffle maker just to leave in their Kitchen as gift but we ran out of time. 😁 Omg Thanks for the memories!

Ocean View Condo!

Great location for a fun girls weekend. Judy and Bruce were lovely hosts and everything was clean and well equipped at the condo. We had a fantastic weekend and look forward to returning.

I have been a teacher for 38 years and my husband has spent nearly that long in th CPA business. We live on small farm an hour north of the beach with our two dogs and four horses. We have five grandchildren who absolutely love going to the beach and for whom this condo has become a second home.

Edgewater was and is the most desirable of beach locations.This is a gated community with full time security. My husband and I both enjoy the 9 hole executive golf course and the kids love the beautiful lagoon pool. Edgewater has the amenitites that make it a premier resort (spa, daily wellness program, 12 plexcusion tennis courts, manicured grounds, conference center, 12 pools including the lagoon) and when I come through the gate, I feel as though I have entered paradise. Once within the compound, there is no need to leave.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We go out the door, down the elevator and onto the beach and are spoiled by the convenience. 10 minutes from Edgewater is Pier Park - a large outdoor shopping complex which hosts many restaurants and an ampitheatre where you can bring your lawn chair and listen to the free entertainment. The area is also home to Gulf World and a zoo.
