Transcend time when you stay at this historic 1800s home updated with modern comforts. Walk to everything historic Edenton has to offer - history, shopping, cuisine, tours, water activities, weddings and local events!

Whether coming for family fun, an important event, or professional travel you will find our home inviting and optimized for your needs!

Guest access
You'll have full access to the main house and cottage during your stay. The entire property will be your home away from home.

I employ a professional cleaner and I share the cost of the cleaning to provide a living wage.

Pet Policy:
I love dogs and welcome respectful, well-behaved dogs. A $99 flat fee is incorporated into your booking total when you include your dogs at the time of booking. Maximum of 2 dogs and no weight limit! (Sorry, no cats.)

If you forget to include your dogs at the time of booking, just inform me before check in day and I'll send the pet fee request to keep you in compliance.

Please treat the space with respect and care and:
- Pickup after & dispose bags in outdoor trash
- Leash whenever not in the house or fenced yard
- Keep dogs off of furniture & beds
- Use the provided gray towel for drying wet dogs & paws.
- The back yard is fully fenced, but please don’t leave dogs outside alone
- If you know your dog suffers from separation anxiety, please don’t leave them alone in the house
- If your dog is accustomed to a crate, please bring it along for your stay
- Inform your host of any damage asap so we can work with you on replacement or repair

We have stayed here many times. The host is incredible. She is always available if you need her. She has gotten to be a “friend”. The house is wonderful, well equipped, and just homey. My whole family loves staying here, it’s the best. Five stars all the way.

We love this home. My family will only stay here when we go to Edenton, which is several trips a year. The hostess is incredible. This home has everything you would ever need. The location is perfect. I can only say that the hostess and the home is perfect for us.

This sweet home was even better than expected from the photos. Many thoughtful details and fresh, bright furnishings in every space made it a delight to stay in while in Edenton for a few days. The special antiques everywhere in the rooms made for a unique and interesting vibe. We were close enough to downtown to walk if we wanted, and there was plenty of streets to explore all the historic homes and buildings nearby. Will definitely stay here again when we return!

Absolutely perfect! Modernized historic home in a Historic town. The home had all the comforts of home, including spices, cast iron pans, oilve oil and different types of coffee/tea pots. The home offered several different spaces to enjoy, both indoors and out. Our boys enjoyed thecottage as their living space.

Our stay was incredible. The house was wonderful. The hostess had everything there that anyone would need. The house was wonderfully done. The hostess is warm, friendly and so kind. We loved it. With two houses now, I'm excited to manage them under a fun brand that represents North Carolina's coastal charm and my love of hosting wonderful guests.

Though I grew up in NC, I've only recently discovered Edenton. But once I did, I fell in love with its rich history, small town charm, and its many options for fun. My husband and I found this historic house that had recently been renovated and knew its location and layout was perfect for guests to have the comforts of home and easily access all Edenton has to offer. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

この宿泊施設の特徴

The main house is a historic side hall layout with living, library/game room, and kitchen/dining spaces on the first floor (and a half bath) while two bedrooms and a full bathroom are on the second floor.

The large outdoor deck connects what we affectionately call the "cottage" to the main house. In the cottage is an additional two double beds, sitting space, smart TV, and full bathroom.

The two spaces together make for a great extended family or friends stay where some separation is appreciated some of the time. The cottage is also a great place for people with mobility limitations to stay with only a step up onto the deck is required to get there.
