Kitchen fully stocked with all cooking & dining needs features both drip and Keurig coffee makers; in-unit laundry and central air. Spacious living room features large comfy L shaped chaise lounge couch and flat screen internet ready tv. Master suite features king size newer memory foam mattress platform bed with button tufted headboard & king size pillows; separate water room with roomy shower & toilet; sizable closet. Also, large desk for getting some work done or enjoy sitting in the lanai while working. Second bedroom with two newer memory foam twin platform button tufted headboard beds. Beautiful Place

We stayed here for two months. Great home away from home. Very clean. Updated Look. Great view of pool! Location could not have been better! Close to everything we needed! Owners were fantastic with any questions we had! Highly recommend!

We enjoyed this condo for our winter get away. It is convenient to many attractions in the Venice area including the world-famous beaches, the amazing Legacy Trail and quaint downtown Venice for shopping and restaurants and music! The condo is very clean and updated. The decor is a tasteful beach vibe. The owners have been quick to respond to every question or situation. We look forward to staying here again next winter!

Wonderful stay in Venice!

We so enjoyed our month in the condo. What you see is what you get, in a very good way! Condo is clean and decorated with a bright coastal vibe. Very comfortable to immediately feel at home. Pool is a 30 second walk. Community was great for morning walks and residents are very friendly. Wonderful location to reach Venice Beaches and town. many restaurants, food and retail stores within a 5-10 min drive. Owners were so nice and responsive. We will definitely return!

Just What We Wanted

Our three months in Venice were most enjoyable.The processes of renting, staying, and leaving were all stress-free. Location was perfect. Everything we needed or wanted was easy to get to.The owners were very interested in our comfort and offered to help if we needed anything. We did take them up on setting the thermostat, which we never again had to touch. Plenty of room for a couple, and a very ample guest room if you should have company. Kitchen had all necessary appliances, new.High capacity washing machine. Very comfortable beds.Neighbors were friendly. Pool next to our building was convenient.Very private.The property was properly presented. We thought we found what we wanted, and we did.

Michele, from Boston and I (Mike), from Chicago spend our days flipping homes together. In the past 3 1/2 years, we have flipped 19 homes and renovated over a dozen for very happy clients. Michele has a very successful real estate career with many high honors she worked tirelessly to achieve. I have a lifetime art background including a bachelors degree in art from Columbia and over 30 years in food experience. We both love doing design, photography and traveling, A LOT. When we are not working hard we travel everywhere we can in and out of the country from hiking mountains, to cruising the oceans to chasing eclipses. We live near my mom and head out to New Hampshire multiple times a year to see her dad. Venice has become a special place for us with so much to do and see. Especially the sunsets.
