**CURRENT UPDATE: we have a lower panel that popped out in pool cage (and a few on top from the storm )so for now, we are listing as not young child friendly until that is fixed.

There are cameras on the property outside, 1 is in front of house. Another camera is in the pool area. This is not to be invasive, we do not constantly monitor but being that we aren’t always around this is how we manage to stay on top of our pool care, have also had a bird stuck in the cage and I feel comfortable leaving it in place due to having small kids. This is our personal home and we have small children, therefore we do everything we can to keep them safe; that being said, there is a pool fence installed around the pool and alarms on the sliding doors. Please ensure to turn them back on if you shut them off and please do not remove the fence or hang anything over it to aid in sagging which will make it ineffective. We do have 2 high chairs and 2 pack and plays available and 3 toddler sized life vests available upon request to use at your own risk.

Lastly, again this is our private home, and we are excited to share it with others but want to ensure that our guests are respectful and treat it like their own to include being considerate of late night noise for our neighbors. By all means have your kids out having fun in the pool playing but please no parties and be mindful of the time as it gets later in the night. Pool and lawn care varies but it’s weekly.
Other than that we look forward to having you as a guest and enjoying our beautiful city, a place we call home! RULES: NO parties or unauthorized guests, Internet and cameras are not to be messed with, pets are to be disclosed prior to booking otherwise will incur a $500 fee. Breaking any of the house rules will be an automatic cancellation of stay with forfeiture of funds.
