Summary:
House sleeps 8 - 4 beds and 2 full baths. Large living room space with fireplace and ping pong table. This home has been totally redone with the best of everything. New items include appliances, granite counter tops, 2-1/2 car garage with washer, dryer, beach chairs, umbrella, trash cans, trash bags etc. Our backyard has a fenced in patio. Off street parking, patio with outside furniture, laundry room, huge space with master suite. Close to Siesta Key and shopping.

Property was comfortable and accommodating - host communicative and hospitable. We had plenty of room. Property had some fixes underway with outdoor lighting and some screens on the back porch that were on the list for being attended to. We enjoyed our tine together and the home was not lacking to shelter and keep us rested and safe

The host was fine and responded to questions about the tv service and possible recharging the door lock. Meghan sent Darin over to check both. Tho,the house as a whole accommodated our needs and location was easily accessible to many venues, the house was in partial disrepair. The screens on the porch were either torn or missing altogether. The cooking grlll was inaccessible as it did not look clean. Broken fence in the back and lamp posts in the front ,one was leaning and the other lying on the ground. Probably not the safest area but close to grocery and Keke's, a great place for breakfast and other venues.

Big house, quiet neighborhood. Overall a nice place. There are a few items that should be corrected by owner, which are minor and it would improve the place even more. The location is close to the beaches, stores and interstate. I would stay again.

We had a nice place to stay with all the space we could have ever needed.I have three adult children and an elderly inlaw that stayed with us. My dad had passed away and my wife had found the place online. It was easy to book and way better than the last hotel we stayed at. I would post a picture but all I took were at the church of family. We all loved staying there!

Relaxing and peaceful

The house is located in a great part of Siesta Key. Very quiet and private neighborhood. This home is large and spacious. The rooms are nice and comfortable, however there are some issues. The place needs basic things, like cookware. The ones available are from the 2000s, solid steel and everything sticks to it. The air conditioner doesn't keep up, the ceiling is falling in in the garage and AC appears to be frozen up. The master bedroom and living room area is well over 80 during the day. The ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms is mounted sideways and makes noise all night long. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and would be back.

Didn't get what I paid for

The interior was very clean and well upgraded however, I purposely chose a 4 bedroom and only 3 bedrooms were available. There was a roof leak in the 4th bedroom and the air conditioning was not sufficient. The interior temperature in the afternoon was in the 80's!

Very convenient location

The location was great for us. Publix, stores, restaurants were walking distance from the house. Family liked the ping pong table. Beds and bathrooms were clean. The beach chairs in the garage were great to have. The front door-lock is very glitchy. Maybe it needs batteries? The floors in the entire house need a deep cleaning. The back room gets warm during the day. There is broken glass in the front yard.

Very nice.

The house was very nice with plenty of room for a family. The kitchen was immaculate with new dish ware and appliances. I do feel the cleaning team could have done a better job cleaning under the furniture, though. There was dark dust and some items under the dressers. Also probably time for new bath rug and mat and window cleaning.

Easy check in.

Easy check in. Great access to I-75, ocean and local establishments. Updated kitchen and baths. Great sized family room with ping pong and foos ball. Property needs better lighting out front, lightbulbs throughout the property, working cable box in family room and well scrubbed floors.

Great House with minor issues

This house was a great size for my family of 6 and our dog. Lots of room for the dog to play. The ping-pong table was a hit with my husband and kids. The location was nice (10 minute drive-4.5 miles- to Siesta Beach). There were some minor issues. The garbage disposal wouldn't turn on at first until I found the reset button, but then it wouldn't turn off, so it had to be unplugged when not in use. The living room seems to be a later addition to the house and the air conditioner really struggles to keep the house cool. Despite having two extra units in the living room itself, by the afternoon, it's very hot in there. The master bathroom is quite small, but there is a large dresser with a mirror in the master bedroom that can be used to get ready, or the 2nd bathroom is a nice size. One of the recliners was not operational, and one leg of the coffee table was broken off. A few other minor cosmetic issues, but nothing really bad. It could use a few more dishes/kitchen supplies. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and the neighbors were friendly. For the price, and the pet friendliness, it's a good deal.

Very well located for golf, pre season baseball and plenty of places to enjoy adult beverages.

Beautiful House

Love this house as we have stayed at many in the Sarasota area. House has a plumbing issue and Terry is in the process of having it fixed. We will be back!!!!!

Great VRBO.

Very quick response from home owner for any questions we had. House is in a cute old neighborhood and is quit spacious. I would rent this place over and over again.
