Always Memorable!!

Bear Chase is the ideal getaway from Alexandria, make the drive and stay the weekend or a week. Wonderful beer and other beverages, terrific food and entertainment. Amazing staff and the views and grounds are spectacular.

We had the best 3 day weekend at the cottage!

The cottage is spotless, fully updated, and has everything you could possibly need! We loved the location, steps from the brewery but somehow there was no noise from the brewery. The outdoor fire pit and grill made the weekend even more fun. We forgot a lighter, so the crew from the brewery came over and lit the fire pit for us. They also delivered a keg and hooked it up to the kegerator, which made hanging at the cottage even better! We can’t wait to come back! Great service, spotless cabin, and awesome location!

Excellent Stay!

The cottage was amazing and a stones throw from Bear Chase Brewing. The host was responsive to our needs and the cottage had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay.

Can’t beat the location. Wish we had our dog with us this visit. She would have loved the fully fenced in yard. Host was great at communicating. The house had everything we needed to cook etc. love the decorating inside as well. So cozy. Would love to stay here again

We loved our stay

This house was so clean and comfortable and it is a beautiful location. We would definitely stay again. Thank you so much Chris for welcoming our dog. We wanted a place so that Atlas could come on our trip and this was perfect for him as well!

The staff and property were wonderful

The staff and property were wonderful. Everyone was so helpful; it was nice to be able to walk up to the restaurant and see the amazing mountain views with fire pits and lookouts. It was an added surprise to see the home decorated for the holidays!

Cozy Bear Chase Cottage was perfect for our family’s weekend getaway. The home was clean and the location was close to Appalachian Trail hiking, wineries and breweries. Our dogs loved the fenced in yard. Thanks for being pet friendly!

Wonderful cottage and the grounds are just breath taking

From the time I reached out to inquire about renting the cottage it was a great and easy experience. Very fast response and the cottage was amazing and just steps away from the brewery. Staff is great also.. our group is booking again for this fall..

Great location, awesome house

The Bear Chase Cottage is an ideal spot to stay! The area is beautiful and it's perfect if you want to spend the day at the Bear Chase Brewery and walk 30 seconds home. The house is cute, comfortable and completely updated. We'll definitely be back!

Perfect Getaway

Everything about the Cottage was amazing. Not sure when it was built/remodeled, but it seemed brand new! The size was perfect for a small friend group bday getaway. The location is ideal. Can’t wait to go back.

Absolutely Phenomenal!

Bear Chase is easily one of the best getaways I’ve ever had! We stayed at the cottage and it was such a cozy, relaxing place. The atmosphere was fun and laid-back, with everyone enjoying themselves against a backdrop of beautiful views. The food and entertainment were excellent, and the whole experience felt seamless. I’m already looking forward to planning another stay!

Short Getaway

We stayed here for 2 nights while on a business trip. What a great place! The cottage was very clean and comfortable. The location is great as well. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. We look forward to coming back with another couple for a longer stay!

Great Easter Getaway

Had a very relaxing time with family. Spacious kitchen and seating indoor and outside. More private than expected even though it was on-premise of the brewery. We loved the fenced yard for our dog to hang out with us!
