McKenzie River Cabin at the Log Cabin Inn

Property type cabin
Minimum Stay 2 nights

Minimum Stay

About the property

Cabin, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths, (Sleeps 6)

Get ready to enjoy this brand new cedar cabin at the historic 'Log Cabin Inn'. This is one of the first available cabins for rent and offers the river-front atmosphere you are looking for. The over-sized screened-in porch with new outdoor furniture will be your favorite place to get together after an adventurous or peaceful day.

The stone fireplace in the living room will warm your mornings as you prepare for your day on the river, the trail, the slopes, or the lake, while the new beds provide a comfortable night's sleep.

Make sure you 'take-in' all that this area has to offer -- it might be a challenge to pull yourself away from the porch long enough to do all of that skiing, golfing, rafting, hiking, biking, fishing, boating and sightseeing you 'planned' on doing. Of course, nobody else has to know that you just relaxed and 'renewed' all weekend or week... right?

Reserve some 'you-time' or some 'family-time' today, it may be the best investment you'll make all year! Take advantage of the weekly discount and really soak it all in.

Keywords: In McKenzie Bridge, Oregon, just east of the bridge on Hwy 126, one hour east of Eugene, Oregon.

Great Getaway

We recently just rented this cabin for a weekend, a very nice little place to get away! Very clean, quite and relaxing. I would recommend this for a short stay for people who love to hike, fish and kayak!

Nice interior, responsive hosts during the booking process.

My husband and I stayed at the cabin for a winter weekend getaway. Everything was nicely appointed inside - kitchen, linens, etc. The view of the river was fantastic with a wonderful screened porch that seems like it would be perfect during the warm summer months. Great proximity to Mckenzie River Trail system. A little too close to the road for me but with cold temps, the windows were shut and we didn't hear much noise. We did have one issue that wasn't fully resolved by owner upon departure.

WOW! Super nice!

  • 5 of 5

My boyfriend and I just came here recently for a little getaway. It looked definitely nice from the pictures, but was even better when we got there! Very pretty surroundings with a convenience store up the street with just about everything you need. It had just been snowing up the road when we got into the area. The cabin heats up quick & is super cozy! This is a very lovely cabin & would definitely go back. Professional communication with the owner & easy to find. Highly recommended!

Eugene, Oregon

This is a hidden gem.

Beautiful accomodations in a peaceful location with the McKenzie River just feet from the huge screen porch. Entire cabin is finished entirely in knotty pine with exceptional carpentery skills. Huge stone fireplace and the 20 foot ceiling in the front room gave me the feeling of a much larger mountain lodge. Beautiful tile work and hardwood floors. My bed had the most comfortable tempurpedic mattress. Every modern convienence. This is the higher end of cabins. Close to restaurants, Hot Springs, ski areas… Would highly recommend to all. I wish I could've stayed another week or two.
