This beautifully renovated 2 bed 1 bath studio style condo is overlooking the 10th, Green. This unit includes all furnishings necessary for a perfect stay. Sleeps 6; Full Kitchen; Our Condo is located 3 miles from Downtown Dells, so you aren't in the middle of the hustle and bustle but close enough you can still enjoy everything the Dells has to offer by visiting the endless attractions. Don’t forget your suit, enjoy the outdoor hot tub. Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place.

This is a wonderful space to unwind and enjoy yourself. We ask NO PARTIES. We are proud of our condo and want other guests to enjoy it as much as we do.

You also have access to a second public bathroom located at the end of the hall in the main building hallway. This hallway will also take you direct to the building hot tub.

Peaceful property for our stay

We enjoyed our stay at this property! It was perfect for our family while we were there for a cheer competition. The owner was easy to talk to and we appreciated having this place to stay!

Teen bday getaway

It suited our needs. We like being able to cook meals in the room. Nice that there is a hot tub outdoors near the unit and that its away from the main Chula Vista building, but close enough to utilize.

Easy to find and host is very responsive. Nice condo. My only recommendation is a new coffee pot.

Cozy

The condo was cozy and the new beds are soft and comfortable. The hot tub was nice. Maria was very nice and easy to get a hold of. The only thing to keep in mind is the condo is on the ground level so if you have neighbors above you, you hear everything! Luckily our neighbors upstairs were mostly quiet.

Mother’s Day weekend

Every year for the last nine years, my daughter and I have gone away for Mother’s Day weekend. Choosing a different location. The condo was very nice. Short walking distance to the outdoor hot tub. Location of the condo was just a few miles from downtown Dells the condo was very clean and newer interior. The beds were very comfortable, but my only complaint is that they are too high. Although a stepstool is provided getting out of bed in the middle of the night could be troublesome. I myself am 5’2” and found getting out much easier by kind of sliding out and not using the stepstool as I would have needed to turn the light on and I did not want to disturb my daughter sleeping. The coffee pot could be updated to a Keurig. I personally like to travel with K cups of my choice. not a game changer, but the TV could be larger.

Dells Getaway

Great location & cozy condo. Was a bonus to have a washing machine & dryer, & hot tub was perfect to relax in after a long day. Kitchen came in handy & there was ample room for sleeping.

This place is in the perfect location not to mention it’s super clean, and the beds are so comfortable. This is definitely a place I wouldn’t mind staying again when visiting The Dells.

Family vacay in the Dells

Quick family vacation to Wisconsin Dells w/ two adults and two kids (8 & 6). Small studio condo but enough space for us and everything we needed. We would stay here again!

Amazing location

My spouse, three kids, and I had an amazing time during our stay. The location was perfect, and the condo was both comfortable and cozy, truly feeling like home. We stayed from the 26th, and every moment was worth it. The memories we created here are unforgettable, and we’re so grateful for such a wonderful family experience. Thank you for making this home such a fun and enjoyable place for us. We’ll definitely be back!

Fantastic Place

The property was great. Check in process was seamless. Had a sink, fridge, microwave, stove and oven. We were able to heat up and cook quick food as we were there for Automotion. Maria was responsive to our questions and needs.

Jimmy and I were born and raised in Waukegan, Il. We have three daughters and three grandchildren. For us, vacations were times to reconnect, laugh, forget about schedules, and have fun.

Why this property? Our annual vacation spot for 20 years was Wisconsin Dells. Our girls loved the waterparks, and we loved the beautiful lakes, state park, -the quiet parts of the area. Now that we have 3 grandchildren, we are coming back to the area.

We purchased this condo because it is not in the middle of the hustle and bustle but close enough you can still enjoy everything the Dells has to offer by visiting the endless attractions.
