Perfect for my stay.

Great location, great price.

This property is "petite" as advertised, but Edgar has gone out of the way to make it a very nice place to stay. Very clean, and well furnished for a small space. Quite neighborhood. I would stay at his property again.

Lovely area to stay in Lakeland

The unit is exactly as shown. Perfect for a short stay. It is right near the college, which has a nice art museum. Also nearby is the Frank Lloyd Wright museum. And, the neighborhood itself is beautiful and fun to walk around with many quaint and historic hom.es

Location, location, location.

This is an ideal place to 'rest your head'. A clean sanctuary located, conveniently, and quietly, in the heart of Lakeland. I had a car and drove, but one could easily walk to shops, restaurants, and attractions from this studio petite.
