Welcome to your place to retreat, relax, and unwind in a beautiful rural upscale neighborhood where peace and quiet abound. A spacious retreat estate awaits you with panoramic views from three levels in a tranquil, waterfront setting.

Enjoy over 7000 square feet on one acre where you can relax and unwind in privacy and security while having access to some of America's most historic sites.

Enjoy morning coffee on the screened-in porch, cocktails on the dock or patio, or relax in the evenings around the fire-pit with incredible panoramic starry nights.

Formal living room, upscale family room with gorgeous built-in bar and attached deck, formal dining room with butler's pantry, and large gourmet kitchen that is fully stocked with beautiful waterfront views.

Lower level includes state-of-the-art ping pong, flat screen TV and cable, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and bathroom with walkout entrance to patio overlooking pond.

The home was clean and welcoming. I appreciated how everyone in my family had their own areas to stay. My sisters and I enjoyed spending the evenings and mornings on the decks overlooking the lake. It was peaceful and exactly what was in the description. The host was close by and great to communicate with.

Lovely, Spacious House Outside of Fredericksburg

Visited Cynthia's house with friends for a weekend, and the overall experience was great! Everything was clean and as-advertised; we had a bit of trouble getting in initially via the keypad lock, but communication with Cynthia was fantastic throughout and we sorted it out soon enough. Would highly recommend, it was a wonderful spot!
