I have rented this unit from Kim several times, and it is always a pleasure to stay there. You can tell she takes pride in offering a high-quality experience, and I get the impression that her guests (like me) really appreciate it. Easy to forget items (laundry soap, trash bags, etc.) are usually left by the owner, or prior renters. Location is great, with a marina right next door. I have to say that I am impressed with the condition of the unit; it pretty much looks the same as it did when I first rented almost a decade ago.
The only frustration (minor ones) I have had have been around the docking. Without assigned slips, you are at the mercy of the others to tie up in a way that makes room for your boat. The past two years, there has been a boat tied up directly behind this unit (where I should be tied up). But I haven't had an issue with others sliding down a piling or so to make room. It would just be nice if you didn't have to do that.
My only suggestion for improvement would be the bedroom set up. There are two queens, a twin, and a futon. I'm doing a guys fishing trip, so that pretty much caps me at 4 people, although the sofa in the living room is HUGE. Maybe when it is time to replace the furniture, there is a way to put bunks in there in increase capacity.
Obviously I love this place, as it is my first choice to stay when I go down there.
