Great location and nice neighborhood. The front porch and patio are really nice for morning/evening coffee and visiting. Definitely would stay here again.

Brandon was an amazing guest! We hope that he will visit us again soon!
This beautiful victorian was the perfect location for my family to stay for the weekend for my great niece’s wedding. It was clean, tastefully decorated, roomy (my 2 year old granddaughter kept calling it the “big house”) and centrally located. The owners were were quick to respond to my inquiries, and offered suggestions on places to eat. I would definitely stay here again.
This is our second year staying at this beautiful home. It’s becoming a yearly tradition. I love this home and this town. It’s literally became our home away from home.
We loved this beautiful home. It was clean and welcoming and the outdoor spaces were especially nice since the weather was perfect during our stay. The beds were clean and comfortable. This is an older home so if you have a lot of electronics you may also want to bring a power strip or two. This did not take away from our experience at all. Michelle was very attentive to our needs. Her excellent communication and thoughtful welcome gift were much appreciated. The location is close enough to walk to the historic downtown district and park. We would definitely stay here again.
Breathtaking! The house was much more than what we expected. Clean and organized. In a convenient location, you are able to walk to downtown. Chillicothe is a beautiful town.
This house is very charming! It’s on a beautiful street in downtown Chillicothe within walking distance of many bars, restaurants, and other things. The interior is gorgeous, and everything was immaculate. The hosts were friendly and accommodating as were the other neighbors. Helpful instructions along with a binder containing information About the area were a nice addition. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need, and there was.a gas grill out back. Both the front porch and back patio were very nice. Although we were comfortable during our stay, I think the house would probably be pretty warm in very hot weather. I’d recommend taking a fan or two for the downstairs. During our stay it was in the upper 80’s.
The location was fabulous. Convenient to shops and restaurants. The property was very cute with old world charm. The kitchen was well stocked. With the exception of the king bed in the master, the beds and mattresses in the other rooms were rickety and very uncomfortable. I’m not sure the single bed could support an adult. We ended up using the couch. The upstairs is also much warmer than downstairs making it uncomfortable to sleep. We weren’t permitted to use the back patio or grill as they said it was being worked on. There is also a smell to the property, kind of like moth ball’s? The bathroom could use a carpet to step out of the shower and a hairdryer. It was kind of a shame about the bedding because the property has a lot of personality.
I’m am a local real estate agent. I own short term rental properties in the area and enjoy welcoming and hosting visitors to Chillicothe Ohio.
