Private suite with living room, bedroom, full bath, and kitchenette with stove top. Also has access to private laundry as well upon request.

There is no shared space with the main house.

Also all of us are vaccinated for covid 19 and abide by sanitization standards for such.

You have your own private walkway and entrance with google nest smart lock.

Private and very nice area

House is perfect for two, very nice and cozy, tez was very prompt on answering my questions, close to shaver lake, will stay again when we come back to shaver lake.

Nice little place

We had a very comfortable stay. Owner was extremely responsive - the place was cute and clean. It was much more comfortable than a hotel. Would stay again for sure

My husband and I stayed for a week . It was a very nice place. Close to Yosemite and the Sequoia National Park. Clovis was very nice also. The downtown had some great Antiques shops. The owner was very accommodating and if I had any questions he replied quickly . We had an Excellent stay !

Nice place, lovely host!

My husband and I were coming to Fresno for a few days and this little place was great! We were very happy with the area and the place was clean and comfortable. The host was on site and available for questions!

The apartment was very nice and comfortable. Easy access and well kept. The listing noted that there are a washer and dryer on site. We packed accordingly and unfortunately no machines in the apartment.

Excellent peaceful retreat.

Very beautiful large home with a granny flat. Just perfect for our visit with family and grandchildren nearby. Friendly and helpful owner on property.We plan to return whenever we visit again. Thank you again Tez for your excellent hospitality.

Quiet and Cozy

It's a perfect place for our stay. Host is very responsive. The place is very quiet and in a very safe neighborhood. The poms are very adorable. It's the highlight of our stay being able to pet them. We will definitely come back to this place if we are around this area.

Clean and cozy

This unit was tastefully furnished and decorated. The host was very responsive, and quick to reply to any messages. There is a private entrance, through the fence, on the side of the building. The location is an upscale, quiet neighborhood on the edges of the city. Though the unit is a bit small, it was comfortable, pleasant, and favorably priced.

Great location

Overall the place had all I needed. However, there was a smell to the place I couldn’t get rid of. The cleanliness was slightly lacking. Bathroom needed some additional cleaning, dust on the table and lamp in the living area. Carpet in the bedroom had stains. Towels in the bathroom, were old, thin and mismatched and rags were baby rags left for me. Also sheets were dark blue which for me, gives me the ick. I prefer a white as I feel it’s more sanitary, but that’s a personal preference.

Clovis is an amazing place. This area is near the outskirts of town but is 5 minutes away from freeway access. It's quiet but not isolated.
