Cozy 2/2 ground floor condo at favorite Park Shore Resort. What makes this Resort special is the central Naples location. Condo is very close to two beach access areas; Clam Pass Preserve approx 1,2 mi away (with a tram that takes you through the preserve to this beautiful beach) and Venetian Village, approx 1,6 mi away. Enjoy the dining at Hogfish Harry's Restaurant & Bar at the Resort or walk few mins to Publix plaza, Waterside shops and Venetian village for shopping and dining. You will love the Resort's lakefront walking paths with tropical landscaping as well as the location. Resort tennis, pickle ball and basketball courts, swimming pool and gym are available for guests to use during their stay.

Mostly good

This property is very well located. It’s quiet, at the back of the property. Although we were overall comfortable, the mattress in the master bedroom needs to be replaced. There were not enough towels. We had to buy our own toilet paper. For the cost, I would’ve hoped for Better basic supplies. Otherwise, this place worked out well.

Park Shore #126

Good location. Carpets should be cleaned or replaced. All hard surface floors preferred. Problem with wash machine temp control that was addressed on Wed after notification on Sat.
