Perfect Spot

The location was exactly where we needed to be. The house was great! I felt like I had been transported back in time to my grandparents house at Christmas. it! We will be back.

Great Christmas Themed Guesthouse

The property was a little had to find at night since it is right off 411, but very clean and the theme was cohesive. Check-in was extremely easy and the accomodations were in great shape!

Cozy Christmas House

We really liked this place! Looks like an unassuming old farmhouse next to a busy highway, but inside it's super clean, cute and cozy with Christmas decorations and lots of room to spread out! Well stocked with water and coffee, plus games and air hockey table. Beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms stocked with toiletry items. Very centrally located for all the places we wanted to hike and visit. Cynthia, the owner, was super sweet, very accommodating and easy to reach. We would definitely stay again in the future!

Holiday Home

Very clean. Beds were very comfortable. K cups, sugar and creamer and bottled water were provided, as were soap and shampoo. This was appreciated as we forgot to pack it. Cute, clean, comfortable and well cared for home. Would stay here again if in the area. Communication with owner was too-notch. Thanks Cynthia!

Trip to the Tail of the Dragon with Family.

Wow what great host. They were absolutely wonderful. Night one remote needed batteries and had them first thing the next morning. Very friendly and let us love on their fur baby .. Odie. And house was nice with lots of room. I left my cell phone and they did everything they could to reach me and when they couldn’t- overnighted it for me. They went over and beyond for us and we had a fantastic time on the dragon - at the house - and seeing extended family. Would absolutely stay there when we make it back that way again.

Christmas decor threw it off

So, I understand it's a holiday home, but the full-on Christmas decorations at the end of May just seems kinda lazy. Like if it's a holiday home, why not deck it out during the summertime as well? The upstairs is hotter than the downstairs. The onsite manager lives in a little apartment attached to the house and it is a shared driveway so can only park on the left side. Our car battery was dead the morning of check out and we knocked on their door, but they didn't answer. It was an okay visit, nothing spectacular about it.

Nice quiet area. Easy to find. Shopping, grocery stores close by & things to do. House was very spacious, clean & comfy. It had everything we needed. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Just like home.

Amazing spacious property with all the comforts of home. Fully stocked with anything you need. There is nothing the owner did not think of. Perfect location to everything in the smoky mountains. It was great to have a garage to park our motorcycles. Owner very responsive and truly cares about your stay experience. We will be staying here again. I wish I could keep this little gem a secret!

Enjoyed our stay

The host was awesome. Very helpful and very responsive. The house worked well for us. It was clean, fully stocked and decorated nicely. The down side was only one shower and the busy street and noisy business next to the house.

Motorcycle Trip

We had a great time overall. We thought it was a great location with restaurants and stores like Walmart close by. Tail of the Dragon is 15-20 minutes away depending on the route you take. We liked hanging a left and going across 72. We had access to the garage to get the 4 motorcycles inside which gives you a little peace of mind, especially when the storm rolled through. There’s 3 bathrooms, only one is a shower. The other two are just tubs. I didn’t think about checking for showers when I booked it. There seemed to be plenty of space and the air hockey table was fun. Kitchen had two coffee makers and coffee pods already there. The washer and dryer came in handy with all the rain. There was detergent and dryer sheets already there. Checkout was a pretty easy and simple process.
