Bright beach winter getaway

Comfortable, open, modern condo home just a short walk from beautiful New Smyrna Beach. First floor unit with great living, sleeping and working spaces. Large living room and up-to-date kitchen. Comfy, new furniture. Nice common spaces with a friendly neighborhood feel. Great heated pool, hot tub and cabana area.

Master bedroom has a cozy sitting area bench, large closet and big TV.

Guest bedroom has a comfy bed, door to the guest bath and plenty of dresser storage.

Den has a pull-out day bed that converts into a king-size-width by twin-length bed. There is a working desk with 43" HD monitor, great for working from home.

Family room has a big, comfy sectional couch and a quaint electric fireplace. Great for movie nights and football games.

Quiet outdoor patio with trees all around.

The winter community is vibrant with lots of northern guests that return year after year to our sunny little escape. Come spend the winter in our getaway home at the beach.

No pets allowed.
No smoking allowed anywhere inside or on the property.
