This peaceful studio guesthouse has everything you need for your Rockport/Camden trip. The unit comes with Wi-Fi, free parking, and laptop-friendly workspace. During your stay, you can enjoy your private studio with kitchenette. Within close proximity to Camden (3 Miles) and Rockland (6 Miles.) Rockport Harbor (1 mile walk) features several popular restaurants, coffee shops, and beaches. An ideal base to explore Rockport.

Cozy and private sunlit space with a private deck. A kitchenette featuring a toaster oven, Keurig coffee & mini fridge.

You will need to walk approximately 100’ across the mowed lawn to access the studio, you may want to bring boots or waterproof shoes, if rainy.

The space is small, best suited for a cozy couple or a single guest.

*The backyard is currently under construction for a new septic system

Perfect stay for what we needed. We decided not to use the shower because it was really tiny, and the only downsides were not having any sink near coffee maker / fridge and the bed being a bit awkwardly placed and soft. But for folks who want a good place to put their heads after hiking etc, this was just fine. Nice restaurants nearby!

Honeymoon!

My husband and I stayed here during our honeymoon and it was the perfect place!! The location is so convenient for the typical touristy things without having to deal with being right in the middle of the chaos!!! We would gladly stay here again. So cute and the hosts

Super convenient

I stayed for a week while I took a course at the Center for Furniture Craftsmanship which was 10 minutes away. The homeowners were lovely. Accommodations were clean, bed was great, and the kitchen area was adequate. My only complaint, and it is minor, is the shower is a bit small for a big person (I'm 6'2").

Lovely guest house in great area

We had a great stay in Rockport. The guest house was very well kept and comfortable for two people. The bed was extremely comfortable! The host was communicative and there were no issues!

A Wonderful Place to stay

Such a warm and cozy little place to stay. The bed was very comfortable. The place was very clean and had all of the things I needed. The only downside was that there was no microwave and the furnace was a bit loud at night.

Writers Retreat

Tree peeping

It is a nice room for the cost. The shower is tiny and there is no sink at the bar. They have a toaster oven but no microwave which would be more useful in our opinion. We did have an entire flock of wild turkeys in the back yard one of the mornings which was nice. Very close to Camden so convienient.

Weekend visit to Camden

My husband and I needed a place to stay while attending the toboggan races at the Camden Snowbowl. The room was smaller in size but suited us just fine and it was perfectly stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed itself was super comfortable, one of the most comfy that we’ve slept in through our VRBO experiences. The heating unit was also incredibly efficient and modern, much appreciated as it was in the single digits during our stay. Harris kindly reached out to us regarding some snow shoveling as it had snowed done during the night. Just an FYI that the shower stall is on the small side and might be a tighter fit for the big snd tall folks coming. We would definitely stay again, especially this time of year as you can’t beat the off season rates and the proximity to some great restaurants, bars and fun little local shops.

Winter stay

This stay was good. Location worked well for our needs. Communication was fine. Plenty warm and pretty quiet. My main issues were that the space is quite small and seemed to be a refitted porch. The bathroom is very small and right next to a loud furnace. The shower is also small and low ceiling height. Anyone over 6 ft. will have trouble using it. The bed slanted to one side and bowed in the middle making sleeping a bit tricky. But the heat pump worked very well and kept us plenty warm.
