Sarasota condo

The condo was relatively nice but the icemaker didn’t work and the back porch lights were not working. The kitchen lacked a lot if you wanted to cook. We purchased some plastic cups for the bathrooms, 2 glass drinking glasses for the kitchen, a strainer to cook spaghetti, 8x8 and 9 x 13 foil pans to cook in. We were there two weeks and there was only 11/2 rolls of toilet paper, One roll of paper towels , one garbage bag and a 1/4 a bottle of dish soap. We drove so we were able to bring more kitchen supplies. It seems for the price that you could provide a few more garbage bags, more toilet paper, and paper towels. .

Great proximity to the airport

The home was clean and had everything we needed. There were some exterior lights out and backyard beyond the patio needed some work, but overall it was good for our trip.

Great location! Minutes to srq Airport, 10-15 minutes to great restaurants downtown or UTC & not a far drive to the beaches. Very clean home and the hosts were very responsive and sweet!

Comfy

We stayed for 2 weeks. The rental was very clean and comfortable. Our host was very responsive to our needs, which were few. Although the location was close to the airport the noise did not bother me as the flights were not constant. We thought the location was good because it did not take us long to reach the sights. I would return to this site and would like to rent it again in the future.

Clean, modern and Close to IMG

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The place was very clean, I was able to let my 10 month baby crawl around with no issues. We had everything we needed to cook and live comfortably for the 6 days we were in Florida. We visited for a soccer showcase at IMG Academy and this house was 15 minutes away. It was great! Rose and Steve were genuinely good people, very responsive and just a pleasure to have as a host!!! Thank you!

Came for baseball and beach

The place was as shown in the pictures. Modern updates, comfortable beds, convenient location. There were nice beach chairs and an umbrella for us to use. Overall, it was a great place for us to kick back and relax.

Very Nice but Limited Kitchen Necessities

The beds were very comfortable, the rooms are spacious and there are ample counters and cabinets in the kitchen. The bathroom vanity is large enough to accommodate your toiletries. The location is close to restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations and gyms. The proximity to the airport is perfect if you are flying and the noise did not bother us if you are inside. There is a carport that we greatly appreciated for rainy days. If you plan to eat in, there are very minimal cooking supplies, only 4 drinking glasses, salt and pepper so I recommend taking inventory before you head to the grocery store. The water is not hot, and the water pressure is very low in the main bathroom. There are beach supplies available. The host was responsive to our needs and answered our questions in a timely manner.

Family visit

This house was terrific base for our travel to see family in the Sarasota area for a weekend. Super convenient to the airport and route 41, while still being quiet and relaxing visiting family reunion The house is very clean and suitably appointed. We did not cook there, but the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and stocked with fresh towels. Very easy check-in and organized host communications.

Sarasota trip

The home was beautiful, very clean, and a great location. In a quiet neighborhood with very little traffic. A short Uber ride from the airport and also close to Lido Beach. Owner was very quick to respond to all my questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Sarasota get-away

We found everything in the home as advertised, clean, updated, bright. Very spacious for a retired couple! We ate in every morning and found what we needed in cookware and dishes. The beds were super comfortable and the showers really nice. Such a plus to have the beach umbrella and 3 choices of chairs as well. As birders, we enjoyed the patio and seeing osprey in the trees behind the property. With spring break underway, it was about 30 mins to Siesta Key but that was no problem. Lots to do in the area - don’t miss the Ringling museum and Biotica eco kayaking.

Florida get-away!

Our stay in this beautiful, recently updated home was fantastic. The decor and furnishings inside this home are impressive with comfort in mind. Loved the waterfall shower heads and the bedding is superb! Enjoyed the large kitchen with counter and stools. Washer and dryer are a plus. The patio was super great for relaxing in the morning, afternoon and evening!! Proximity to the airport did not bother us in the least. This is a lovely, quiet, friendly neighborhood perfect for leisurely walks. Our host, Steve, was so very kind and accommodating. He is truly a "super host". I really cannot say enough positive things about this vacation rental. I would highly recommend this home if you are staying in the Sarasota area. It is conveniently located to shopping, restaurants, beaches, and other attractions. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks so much for providing us with a wonderful "home away from home". Quick drive to the beaches, downtown, UTC mall shopping and dining, St Armand Circle and Lido beach, Ringling Museum, IMG Academy. So many restaurant, groceries nearby. Sara Bay golf course down the street. Quiet neighborhood. Private parking and covered. Can relax in the patio area.
