About Bill Clarkson
I'm a full time Scottsdale resident and part time Sedona resident. I don't spend enough time in Sedona, so I thought I'd share the experience.
Bill Clarkson purchased this Cabin in 1985
Why Bill Clarkson chose Sedona
The beauty of Sedona never ceases to amaze me. This has been a second home family retreat, a very special place and get away from the heat and big city. It's quiet, peaceful, in the forest snuggled beneath the huge Sycamore trees and just 40 yards from Oak Creek. There is a huge blue heron nest high in the trees just a short walk away. There are 4 seasons, but rarely does it snow and never lasts long. Always cooler than the Valley of the Sun. The location is great, just minutes from all the tourist attractions, shopping, great hiking, but in a small private residential community of 12 custom homes, just steps away from the national forest.
What makes this Cabin unique
Peaceful and quiet, shaded all year round, Oak Creek is just steps away, beauty abounds. All of Sedonas amenities are near. It's a great get away.

"Best Vacation Ever!"
Don't really know where to start other than to say that this cabin was the perfect choice for our stay. The title above really sums it up, and is a direct quote from our six year old; she said it multiple times each day we were there. The cabin is nestled in a quiet neighborhood, just a short walk from the midst of Sedona and the owner was very helpful; providing tips on many interesting things to do during our stay. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived and found that the cabin was fully outfitted with everything you could possibly imagine needing. Cannot recommend this cabin enough, and we are already looking forward to our return.
Great location & fun for a family or quiet get away.
This cabin is cozy & is well equipped, has a really nice yard, & is located in a quiet area. We especially appreciated how centrally located we were while staying here.
A great vacation!
This cabin is in a great location and has all the amenities! Very quiet! Bill was very responsive and gracious. He provided detailed information not only for the cabin but for Sedona and surrounding areas. Fun for kids! Very private, and yet within minutes of uptown Sedona to the north and spectacular hiking trails to the south.
We stayed here during the Sedona Mountain Bike Festival. The location was great, easy access to the trails. Bill was an excellent host.
Great place, great location.
A great stay
The cabin was the perfect size and in the perfect location for our girls reunion. Thanks to Bill for being super accommodating and informative. Hope to see you again!
A short walk to Oak Creek. Across the creek and up the hill to Uptown Sedona or a short 5 minute drive. Tlaquepaque (a Mexican modeled shopping village) is a must see. The galleries are fantastic and unique to the area. If you are into New Age, the center is just a 7 minute walk.
