Bright and beautiful 2 bedroom apartment with a beautiful view. Fenced in back yard with covered outdoor space with lots of seating and a dining area. Propane and charcoal grills available. Small swing-set Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with basic amenities. A started kit of toiletries and kitchen essentials is provided. Free WiFi and cable included. Central air and heating for your comfort. This apartment is located in the middle of Seneca lake and Cayuga lake wine trails. Quiet country setting.

This place perfectly met our needs as a family of 4. The kids enjoyed having their own room and access to snacks, and we appreciated all the extra amenities like the milk and coffee.

The apartment was very cute, clean, and cheerful. All the kid-friendly details were very helpful - fenced in back area, games and books, step stool, night light. The host was very responsive and check in was clear and easy.

This was one of the best places we have stayed. Our hosts provided everything you could think of in the kitchen and the location was convenient to Ithaca and several state parks. If we are ever back in the area we would stay here in a heartbeat!

Everything was fantastic and as advertised. It was clean and comfortable, beautiful location, close to Ithaca, but not too close! Mary was easy to communicate with and we had no problems.

Our host was excellent in providing clear instructions ahead of arrival, and the property was easy to find with great parking, outdoor space, and fast responses to any questions we had. The apartment itself was super clean and bright, with everything we would need, including some great snacks and amenities. The bedrooms were clean and super comfortable, with fans in all the rooms along with a nice mini-split unit that kept it very comfortable. We were 4 people and had plenty of room, and only a short ride to Ithaca, with easy access in and out. It was quiet and extremely comfortable; would definitely stay again!

We've stayed at many VRBO properties over the years. Never before have we found a place this well-stocked with unexpected extras (milk, eggs, butter, bottled water & snacks too numerous to list). The apartment is tastefully decorated and, again, has absolutely everything you might need during your stay. We appreciated arriving to find some lights on & the climate control mini-split going.This 2nd floor apartment is conveniently located not too far from everything the Ithaca area has to offer including the Cayuga Waterfront Trail, Taughannock Falls, Watkins Glen State Park, wineries, restaurants & bars. We'd happily stay here again & again & again.

the apartment was clean and well maintained.we had a great time. even if the parks are 30 minutes away rather than 10 minutes away!I recommend this rental to explore the surrounding parks.Finally the garden is very well decorated and landscaped

We are so happy to hear you enjoyed the apartment. We just want to clarify that Treman State Park and Buttermilk state park are both within 10 minutes of the apartment. The Fingerlakes region has many other parks to visit also.

We had a great stay. I was most impressed with the attention to detail including stocking kitchen and bathroom essentials. The temperature and air quality were perfect as well, and for someone with insomnia, I slept quite comfortably. Great communication as well. We will stay again!

This is the best vacation rental we have stayed so far. The thoughtful additions (ample food, games) made us feel like we are staying at our 2nd home. The kids room is also so cozy and wonderful. Our daughter didn’t want to leave. We even greatly enjoyed the fenced backyard, especially our pet. A great place for family and pets.

This is our 4th time staying here We love that it's out of Ithaca but within 15 minutes of my daughter's college. It's our style so it feels homey which make everyone relax faster. Love the extra touches the host leaves.

A lovely apartment in a beautiful hillside spot not far from Ithaca. The kitchen had been stocked with many items (including cereals, teas, coffees, water, spices, condiments, and so forth. Of particular note, too, were the many children’s games and books available inside, and a large play/picnic area outside. And the apartment was spotlessly clean. A real gem!
