Lovely w coastal decor! Bright and cheerful- lots of natural light! 3 bdrms each have a King bed, full bath, and are in different corners of the house for a nice sanctuary, quiet, and privacy. Totally walled in backyard with a 65" TV in a fully screened linea.

When I made the reservation I had a choice of Jan, Feb, or March for 8000. I chose Feb which was already 3 days less for the same price as Jan or Mar.. I was very surprised and disappointed when a cleaning crew showed up on Feb 28th and said another renter was moving in on the 28th. The owner got double rent on the 28th and I was ripped off for a whole day. This is very dishonest and I won't be renting from her again.

Pleasant house

Great house to stay with friends while we visited the Villages. Each couple had their own bedroom/bath. Floor needed some mopping but kitchen and bathrooms were very clean.

First time visiting The Villages

We visited a a group of seven adults. The house was in a great location and was a great fit for our needs. We rented 2 extra golf cars and used the one provided with the house. The home owner is very nice to work with - very prompt in response to questions! We would definitely recommend this house.

Comfortable, Convenient !

We enjoyed staying a few days while "house-hunting" in The Villages - Mount Dora residential housing markets. The home is clean, private outdoor area, and was much more comfortable and "homey" than a hotel. For anybody considering a purchase at The Villages or Sumpter/Lake Counties, I would recommend staying at this or a similar home. It helped us get to know the neighborhoods and recreation/shopping/dining options nearby. The Host/Owner is amazing - Brenda was VERY responsive & helpful! Highly recommend!! :)
