Make the most of the SoCal climate with outdoor living in the beautiful backyard area where you can soak up some rays on the custom lawn bench and hammock or kick back on one of the patio chairs on the covered lanai. A gas grill is equipped for family barbecues.

Simple but stylish bungalow in Santa Barbara's Mesa neighborhood, easy .8-mile walk to Arroyo Burro Beach and easy 10-minute drive to Santa Barbara harbor and downtown. Bungalow has unusually nice back garden, too.

This house was great! It was spacious, clean, inviting and just a good time as a whole. Great for dinners and a good home away from home in Santa Barbara. It was away from everything so it was quiet at night however still close enough to be easy to get to downtown. I 100% recommend this house to anyone looking for a good quiet place to stay!

This house was perfect for our group of 4 (+ toddler). The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Location was great as it was just a few blocks from the beach in one direction and a few blocks from restaurants/grocery stores in the other. It was also a very short drive to downtown and the main beaches in town. They were even able to accommodate with a high chair and pack n play for our 1 year old. Highly recommend staying here for a quaint getaway.

This house is beautiful, the neighborhood is quiet and it was overall a great choice. 2 blocks away from the beach. Close to restaurants, lighthouse coffee and a quick 10 minute drive to downtown. We went here for a birthday getaway and relaxed here in between hikes and visiting the local area. I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a nice quiet retreat.

Quiet weekend

This spot is in an upscale quiet neighborhood. There is public beach access very near, but we didn't use it. There is a pokemon gym around the corner.This place is a quiet 2 bedroom house. They have their own driveway for off-street parking.The backyard is heavily shaded, and they provide hammock, chairs, benches, and an umbrella is also available. There's a covered courtyard in the back with chairs, a bluetooth wireless speaker and also a propane fire ring. If we rented the site for a week, we would probably enjoy those amenities, but we didn't during our 2 night stay.Besides the 2 bedrooms, there's 2 bathrooms with bath & shower. There's also a 3rd room used as an office. Within the dining room, there's another desk for remote work. For community space, there is a dining room and the comfortable living room is quite spacious. The kitchen is very large. The listing forgets to mention that they also have an air fryer, and a hot air popcorn popper. If you bring your own Sodastream bottle, they have the charging base. We brought our own coffee beans for our stay. I love the coffee grinder so much that I ordered the same version on Amazon during our stay.Grocery, shops, and restaurants are 0.3 miles away. Occasionally there's air noise as the jets descend to 10,000 feet over the ocean in preparations for landing 10 miles away..--Very nice accommodations. We'd like to stay here again for a longer duration next time.
