This was a prime location for all of our wedding activities over the weekend. We had rehearsal dinner, family pictures, wedding all surrounding the downtown area, and this was perfect for us! Walkable if needed, uber rides were easy if necessary. Parking was good, super cute home! We loved it, comfy beds, kitchen was nice, the nook was super cute for our kiddo, we had a great time here,

The main area was spacious and the bedrooms both had ample space. I loved the hammock in the yard. It was a great spot close to downtown. There were nice books and activities at the location.

We enjoyed our stay with 3 adults and a dog. The house was immaculate. The living room was spacious. Street parking was easy. Amy was easy to communicate with. We were able to walk downtown to dinner and walk the dog in the neighborhood.

Great host and great location close to downtown Santa Barbara and the beach! We walked nearly the entire time we were there and rarely had to use a car. The Mission is also within walking distance to the house. Ideal location for families or couples visiting the area!

This house is beautiful with 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, living room, dining area and a patio/backyard that is completely fenced in and very private. Everything was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The location is great, just a short drive to the beach/pier and lots of restaurants/shopping. Amy was a great host and responded quickly. My family and I would definitely stay here again.

Great location, street parking only so pay attention to signs (this is normal for downtown SB though!), lots of space in the living room and natural light! We didn’t get a chance to use it but the outdoor space was really cute and private. Amy was also really easy to get in touch with when we had a couple of questions.

We had a great stay! The house was exactly as described and pictured, and we loved how close it was to State street. It was clean and the check in/out process was simple. The property manager also gave us a really thorough list of places to go, eat, and shop. Definitely recommend staying here!
