Inside is a hand-crafted queen-size bed, couch and chair with foot rest, desk with chair and lamp, large walk through closet, cork floor, flat screen TV with cable, newly renovated bathroom with caesar stone countertop, fold-out cot, fridge and cupboards. Enjoy Santa Barbara from this central location! You can also enjoy excellent hiking trails behind the property on the San Marcos Foothill preserve!
