Second story studio 1 1/2 blocks to beach

West Beach is the best part of Santa Barbara! This large, well-equipped studio has a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa. Bathroom has a shower. It comes with a fully equipped kitchen with a small, bistro table and a large dining table and chairs in the main room. There are wood floors and a high, open-beam ceiling. The large, wraparound tile patio has comfortable outdoor furniture and great views. Beach chairs and boogie boards for playing in the sun are included. There is on site parking . Close to Amtrak and Greyhound stations and Moxi, the children’s museum. Bird life abounds in nearby Mission Creek. Resupply at Santa Cruz market, 3 blocks away and the local Farmers' Markets. Numerous restaurants, wine tastings and Downtown are within easy walking distance, or take the shuttle, 1 block away.

I'm a native Santa Barbarian who grew up in the triplex next door. This building was built in '96, the year our daughter was born. We raised her next door for the first five years of her life. The Studio had been leased out yearly and now we've made it into a vacation rental. We enjoy using it ourselves occasionally, when we want to escape from the Portland winters or play at the beach in the summers. We're looking
forward to sharing our 2nd home with you.

This West Beach property is in the heart of the Funk Zone. Best restaurants, wineries, Stearn's Wharf, yacht harbor all nearby. State Street trolley is 1/2 block away.
