Welcome to Crescent 110! This condo is the perfect retreat for families to spend a vacation in Miramar beach. The Crescent is a luxurious, gated community with an enormous pool and meticulously maintained grounds. Unit 110 is situated on the first floor and overlooks the pool area with slight views of the emerald water leading out to the Gulf of Mexico.

Guests are welcomed into the condo by a small foyer that flows into the hallway leading into the open-concept kitchen and living area. To the left, down the hallway is the first bedroom with two double beds that lead into an ensuite bath with a shower/tub combo. There is a hallway bathroom with access to the main entryway.

The next room to the left of the main hallway is the master bedroom with a king size bed. The master also has a flatscreen TV, DVD player and ensuite bathroom. The spacious ensuite bathroom includes a shower, soaking tub, double vanity and private water closet.
Back into the main hallway, guests will go into the kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and eclectic backsplash. Adjacent to the kitchen is the laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. The kitchen opens up to a dining room with seating for 6 people and three bar stools. The dining area opens up to a large living space with plush couches, a flatscreen TV and views of the water. There are large doors that lead onto the balcony. The spacious balcony has a dining table with four chairs and a chaise lounge, perfect for reading in the sun.
