Relax at our newly listed, charming bungalow. The open living and dining areas offer a spacious, yet cozy feel. The house is a 2 BR/2 BA with a private patio and fenced in back yard. You'll be 15 minutes from everywhere in a safe and quiet, family friendly neighborhood. 30+ day stays are available.
Greenville offers a host of attractions. From our award winning Downtown/Main Street to the many outdoor sights and activities, this growing city is a great place to visit. Let us be your hosts!
PLEASE NOTE: Although we are DOG friendly, we do NOT allow cats. For dogs, we charge pet rent of $25/per night per pup. Although we are a pet friendly home, due to allergy issues of future renters we request that pets not be allowed on furniture (particularly in the bed). We also prefer pets be crated if left alone. Please pick up after your furry family member!
Please be advised, for stays 30 days or longer, we require a "mid-stay" clean approximately every 15 days. The reduced cost of these clean(s) will be added together if applicable and calculated according to length of your stay - this additional cost is not calculated in the listing price and is due upon booking. Please feel free to reach out with any questions.

I'm an easy going people person. I'm a musician, photographer and small business owner. I usually travel with my girlfriend, Greta, who is also a musician. We love art and we new places. We totally dig most any kind of food, love Cohen Brothers films, funk and classical music, but The Beatles is still our favorite band. But that's just our opinion, man.
Why they chose this property
This house is very special to us for many reasons, which is why we aren’t willing to sell at this time. We would much rather share this little 80s baby with travelers like yourselves (the house was built in the early 80s). It is you who makes its possible for us to keep this house and we are grateful. We actually still stay here from time to time ourselves! The house has helped foster a puppy, a loving relationship, inspire and provide space for a lot of music and art. It's a lovely little home.

Another big reason for staying at our home is location, location, location! You are so close to so much!
