Easily one of the premier units in Juniper Landing which is located directly across from the Waldorf Astoria hotel which includes its signature Powder restaurant, Scoop Sweets & Grill (poolside grill) and the Golden Door Spa. This almost new 3 floor townhouse comfortably sleeps 8-10. Very family friendly including large home theater/game room/boot room on 1st/lower level (partially below grade) + spacious private two car parking garage.
2nd level (main level at grade) includes a private outdoor hot tub, fireplace and patio looking on to the 9th fairway of the new Canyons Golf Course and featuring gorgeous mountain views.
This level also contains a two story vaulted ceiling in the living area/great room with lots of natural light. (Most of the units in Juniper do not have 2-story ceilings.) It also contains a stone (gas) fireplace, 50' HD flatscreen TV, gourmet kitchen with Viking appliances and kitchen island that can seat 4 + dining room table that can comfortably seat 8. MBR is also on this level. It includes a King bed/stone fireplace/flat-screen TV/walk-in closet/separate shower and bath along with double vanity. Lastly, our main level also includes a 2nd full bathroom and washer/dryer off of the kitchen.
The 3rd/upper level features a 2nd MBR w/ King sized bed/walk-in closet/full BA/private outside deck/stone fireplace & flat screen TV. Last, but not least is a large BR set up for children that includes a bunk bed w/ full size bed on the bottom & twin on top. This BR also contains a day bed w/ trundle, bathroom w/ shower, stone fireplace & flat screen TV.
Other amenities include complimentary WiFi, local calling, Comcast cable TV, home theater with 120' screen & game room. There is also a large pool (25 yards & has lap lanes) with jacuzzi and fire pit for all residents to use in between buildings 1 & 2.
In summary, this is a true luxury townhome that feels more like a private home (the golf course is your backyard in the winter & can be used for sledding/tobogganing). It also features similar finishes (hardwood floors, travertine in bathrooms, granite countertop kitchen, high end appliances) and furniture to what you might find in the Waldorf across the street, yet you get tons more space here for a similar price to what you would have to pay for a one BR suite over there! It is also less than a 10 minute drive to Main Street, Old Town Park City, 5 minute drive to the Redstone Lifestyle Shopping Center (contains a Smith's grocery store, movie theater, numerous restaurants,etc), and only 40 minutes away from Salt Lake International Airport. It's a great place to stay for ski vacations (almost ski in-ski out), the Sundance Film Festival, or a summer mountain get away!

Very Satisfied First-Time Renters!
We were recent first-time renters and the townhouse worked out extremely well for us. Our family included 2 grandparents, one married child and spouse with 2 very young children (one of whom was in ski school as a 1st-time skier ), and 2 unmarried, young adult children.
The description in the listing was very accurate, not exaggerated. While not ski-in and ski-out, it was located just a brief 2-minute walk to a gondola that takes you up to the base level, very close to ski school drop-off, lift ticket services, equipment rental and, if you want, equipment storage.
The house was spacious and had a considerable amount of main floor space, as well as a lower level entertainment room [ that also included a blu-ray dvd player and Apple TV ] where the young children could play and crawl around without requiring smothering supervision.
The house was also well stocked with necessities when we arrived and had ample supplies stocked in closets and storage space. When we wanted to eat in and cook dinner in the house, the kitchen contained all of the tools we needed. The hot tub in the back also came in handy after a long day on the slopes.
Although the house has a large 2-car garage, we did not need it. Between the short walk to the gondola, and the availability of Uber and the free Park City bus service nearby when we wanted to leave the immediate Canyons Resort area, we found that we got along quite well without having our own rental car.
Finally, whenever a small snafu surfaced, like the day the Comcast service stopped working for one of the TV's, the owners were easy to reach and work with. After helping us determine that it was a Comcast issue and not a TV issue, the owner immediately contacted Comcast and was able to have a cable box replaced within 36-hours, not an easy feat to accomplish if you've ever had to deal with your local cable provider wherever you are from.
This was the first time we have ever taken a 2-week ski trip and we were initially nervous about the length of the trip. But, as our vacation wound down and the days dwindled, we were sorry to be leaving.

Perfect vacation home
This wonderful home is so spacious with a completely decked kitchen and is perfectly located near the Frostwood gondola - the kids can hit the first runs while we laze around sipping our coffee. The view from the family room is spectacular as the golf course is the backyard. When there's snow, sledding and snowman building is a good way to create memories. The hot tub is a soothing end to the heavy day of skiing and the ping pong table turns into hours of fun. The homeowners are extremely gracious and will do what it takes to ensure the perfect vacation - they are very responsive. This is the first home we'll seek to rent next time!
Excellent home in an excellent location
My husband and I shared the home with my sister and her family and it was plenty spacious. The beauty of the location was the kids could take off for the slopes as early as they pleased while the laggards sipped coffee, enjoying the vast view of the golf course and hills beyond. There was enough snow the first few days to enjoy sledding right outside. After skiing, there were plenty of options for après at the bars in the village or the beautiful bar at the Waldorf, or enjoy the hottub at the comfy home. This was our 2nd stay but certainly not our last!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Juniper Landing! The property was perfect for our party of 7. Great ski location. Property was clean and well equipped. Jaime was so accommodating and helpful. We would 100% recommend this property.
Great place with kids! Will book again!
Wonderful place to stay! We had 4 kids under the age of 6 and had no trouble walking the roughly 1/8 mile to the Waldorf gondola. After a short ride, at the base of ski school and the mountain. The game room and HD projector were a huge hit, as was the backyard sledding and hot tub. The pantry was already stocked with the basic spices so cooking was a breeze. One of the best vrbo experiences we've had

One of the more reasonably priced Canyons luxury rentals! I love the views (open the back door to the snowy golf course this December-where the kids sled after a day of skiing!)

This home is located in the Canyons (Juniper Landing) and has amazing year round activities. Juniper Landing has a 25 yard pool, jacuzzi, fire pit and fitness center. Subject unit is across the street from the Waldorf Astoria Park City. The Spa at the Waldorf is full service along with a fitness center/pool. The property is within 10 minutes of Park City Main Street, Park City Mountain Resort, Deer Valley Resort, Olympic Park,and Gorgoza Tubing Park. Endless shopping and restaurants for any cuisine are also available. Canyons resorts is now operated by Vail Resorts and is part of the Epic Pass Program.
