Secluded Tustin Cabin with Fire Pit and Hiking Trails

Smoking / Vaping is not permitted anywhere on the property.
Located in Tustin, Michigan, just 10 miles south of Cadillac. Private home tucked back in the woods on 20 acres with close proximity to the Manistee National Forest. Kids treehouse / playhouse. Hiking trails throughout the property. Large outdoor firepit with firewood included. 20 miles to Caberfae Peaks ski resort and 50 miles to Crystal Mountain ski resort. Public ATV and snowmobile trails nearby.
The space
Cabin is newly updated with all new appliances, furniture and mattresses.
Sleeps 6-8 comfortably.
Primary bedroom located on the second level has two king size beds and en suite bathroom.
Second bedroom located on the first level has one king bed and has the option for one twin size folding roll-away bed.
Second level loft / family room has a queen size murphy bed.
Electric heated fireplace.
Wi-fi high speed internet.
4 Televisions, including one in each bedroom.
Whole home zoned air conditioning.
Ping pong and foosball table located in heated garage.
Outdoor firepit with firewood.
Guest access
Access to the entire house except for the owner's closet on the second level.
Other things to note
Exterior Ring Floodlight security camera located on the front corner of the home. Camera is pointed at driveway and front entry door.

House was very clean and fresh. Property was amazing. The area around the property was friendly. My kids got a kick out of the amish buggies going up and down the road. Very private, room to roam. Best rental we've stayed at to date.

Perfect up north retreat

This house was perfect for our family! We loved being close enough to Caberfae to ski and Cadillac for dining and shopping. And when we were at the house, we were able to relax inside and take advantage of the peaceful trails around the house. The kids loved the little game room!

We had a great stay at this beautiful property. The listing was accurately stated. The home was extremely clean, well manicured on the outside and provided all the amenities we needed. Peaceful secluded cabin

We found this cabin when looking for a relaxing getaway to hang out with our daughter and her husband. The goal was to relax, play some games, and do some sight-seeing in the area. Mission accomplished! The cabin was off the beaten path in the middle of the woods. Outside, the property had several trails to explore, huge firepit area, and comfy outside patios to enjoy the sounds of nature (including a wide variety of bird songs).Inside, the cabin was very well stocked with appliances, utensils, pots, pans, dishes, etc. The rooms are all spacious. The décor is well done and the smart TVs are plentiful. The internet/WiFi is plenty fast (Starlink I think).This home is very easy to get to, and is definitely on our very short list of return-to rentals if it’s available the next time we’re in the area!

We heartily endorse this lovely cabin. The pictures tell no lie. It is clean and looks as new as the pics shown. The host responds immediately to questions. Our main enjoyment, however, was how peaceful the surroundings are. It fit our need of a quiet place in the woods. Grocer and restaurants near-by. Be sure to download and bring a birdsong ID program. We are new to this but had fun with Cornell's Merlin app and identified 28 different species just from the back patio and front porch.

A home everyone loved!

The house was very welcoming, comfortable and cozy. Just what we were looking for - a relaxing get away to make memories. Pictures don’t do the home justice. The main living area is spacious and yet quaint enough for everyone to spend time together. The fireplace is beautiful. The upstairs loft was perfect for snuggling up for family movie nights after battling it out in the garage game room. Beds and bedding were very comfortable. Most of all, everyone loved the outdoor space. The secluded backyard with the fire pit, grill and wooded surroundings gave the perfect place for adults and kids to spend time relaxing and playing in nature. The host was fantastic with communication- timely and accommodating. Kids and adults all said we can’t wait to come back to this ideal getaway. Wish we had more than 4 days.
