Newer Avalon Townhome on 29th Street between Ocean & Dune Drives. The house features 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths with bed space for at least 10 people. There is a loft area on the 3rd floor that could be used an additional bedroom. The house has a private pool in the backyard perfect for relaxing before or after the beach. Only 3 blocks to the beach and located in town.

September Vacation

Lovely home with all the essentials plus some. Loved the pool and all of the balconies. Perfect size and accommodations for our family. 3 block walk to beach but not terrible. Great overall location to fishing, shopping, dining, bay and ocean. And Wawa's!!

Great property and location

We had a fantastic family beach week in Avalon-- the house had plenty of space for our group (6 adults, 3 kids and a newborn!), was clean/well-kept and in a great location overall. Walkable to restaurants/shops (ice cream a half block away was a huge plus) and the heated backyard pool was an extremely useful amenity for cloudy/cool days. Only slight caveat would be that the beach walk is on the longer side and crosses a couple busy streets. Driving and parking was a reasonable workaround but just something to keep in mind
