Your 1,778 square-foot townhouse has an open floor plan for bringing the entire ohana together. The living room provides plenty of comfortable furniture. The large kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cookware. Gather out on the large, ground-floor lanai, grill your fresh island catch and enjoy outdoor dining any time of the year. You can always get a peek at the ocean from the ground floor, or head to the upstairs balcony for an amazing ocean sunset view.
All three bedrooms are found upstairs. The master suite includes a luxurious bathroom with a walk-in tile and glass shower and a large bathtub. The two bedrooms with king and queen sized beds open to an ocean view lanai. The third bedroom offers two twin beds.
A one-car garage provides protected parking.
Na Hale O Keauhou is a beautifully landscaped, gated community that lies two minutes away from Kona's premier snorkeling beach, surf breaks, golf, shopping and dining. Spend your days adventuring around the island or relaxing beside a spectacular swimming pool. There's even a shallow pool for children, a large hot tub, a workout room and, of course, plenty of palm trees. Your vacation headquarters lies in the Keauhou Resort area of Kona. For land lovers, Alii Drive just outside the complex is one of Kona's most popular stretches for runners, walkers and bicyclists, and is well-known for being the start of the marathon leg of the Ironman World Championship.
For golfers, the Keauhou Country Club is a 5-min drive to the south and for the anglers, Kona is famous for its world class deep sea fishing. Na Hale is also a short 10-min walk from the Keauhou Shopping Center, offering several restaurants, cinemas, groceries, drug store, clothing and other shopping. Traveling along the ocean up Alii Drive to the north is downtown Kailua-Kona with more restaurants & shopping and Kailua Bay.
