Cypress Pointe is a quiet, exclusive gated community located only 5 minutes from I-4, which makes it an ideal base for enjoying all that Central Florida has to offer.

The architectural styling of Caledonia Lodge emphasizes features such as spacious bedrooms, a large lounge area, fully fitted kitchen, as well as a screened-in upgraded pool with spa. In addition, this home has a Games Room within the home - not retrofitted in the garage - designed for hours of enjoyment for you and your guests. As you drive up to your vacation home with its elegant exterior and conservation lot, you'll know you're in for something special.

Whether its relaxation or adventure you want, you will be in the perfect setting for a dream holiday. The property comes stocked with everything to make your stay more enjoyable, like TVs in all the bedrooms, pool table, foosball table, free high speed wireless internet access, free national calling and so much more.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place used towels and bed linen either in the bath or out at the washing machine.
Please remember to lock all doors, including the front door, and ideally set the alarm.
Place trash in the trash can in the garage, please. There is no need to put the trash can out at the kerb side.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
If you rent a Grill, you agree to that it can only be used outside the pool screened area. Security deposit will be forfeited if this rule is broken.
There is strictly no parking on the street or on the grass. Cars will be towed in the event that they are parked on the street or on the grass.

I Booked this place for a mini staycation best money can buy. Home is big and beautiful with all the amenities a grown couple can enjoy. Davenport doesn't owe me anything the jacuzzi after a massage was everything.!!!!

The house was so beautiful I like the fact that we were close to Everything stores amusement park restaurant airport..I had one problem that was with the wifi but the house manager Karen was amazing I called her she came right over I definitely give this house 10/10

Beautiful home & perfect location for families visiting Disney. My family had a party of 6 & was there for a Disney vacation. Disney only 12 miles/30 minutes give or take. Nice quiet gated community. A few things that I found that could be updated or repaired: 1) Talked to the repair guy for the pool heater, he explain to me that the heater needed replaced. I paid 140 for the use of the heater for the spa & pool for our stay was 2/9-2/14/26. 2) The light in the spa does not work, leaving one side of the pool very dark at night, possibly causing a trip hazard from stepping from pool level to spa level. 3) Ice maker does make ice, but will not dispense ice.4) Barstools need attention, seats are very loose.

We had a wonderful stay at this home. Property manager and owner were both easy to contact and informative. We came with a family of 7 and the kids all had a great time in the pool, everything was ready for our stay. Check in and out process was super easy and our questions were answered in a timely manner. 10/10 recommend we will for sure be booking here again when we travel back to Florida!

Comfortable Stay

We had a good time at the property. It was well equipped and check in and check out were very easy. We had a lot of fun in the pool and it was a very nice gated neighborhood. The only thing I’ll mention is that you do pay extra for pool heat, which we did. Even with that the pools was only mildly warm. So, just consider that before choosing pool heat. The property managers were very accommodating and responsive.

My family had an amazing stay at this beautiful home! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how spacious, clean, and well-maintained everything was. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax and spread out, which made our vacation so much more enjoyable. The layout of the house was perfect for our needs and made it feel like a home away from home.One of the biggest highlights for us was the private pool—our kids absolutely loved it! They would have been perfectly happy spending the entire vacation swimming and playing in the water. In fact, it was a bit of a struggle convincing them to leave the house to visit the attractions!Speaking of location, it was ideal. We were just a short drive from so many popular attractions, restaurants, and shops, yet the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet.The property manager was fantastic. Extremely responsive, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. Anytime we had a question or a minor concern, she was quick to respond and the owner made sure everything was taken care of right away. That level of service really made a difference and added to our overall positive experience.We would absolutely stay at this property again and highly recommend it to other families looking for a relaxing, comfortable, and fun place to stay. It truly felt like a home away from home for my family.

Why they chose this property

It's a great location for access to Disney Parks and local shopping and there are plenty of golf courses within half an hour if that's your thing. Even Universal is only 35-40 minutes away.

The community is small (69 homes) so it's quiet and not too much traffic.
