Located in beautiful Mt. Pleasant and centrally located to everything! 5 mi to beach, 7 mi to downtown. Newly renovated 3 bedroom ranch style house with coastal decor on one acre of private property. Plenty of parking space, so feel free to bring your boat or camper, or both! Large back deck with outdoor seating, gas grill and a view of beautiful large live oaks.
