This is a safe, desirable area with easy access to the beach, Shem Creek, downtown shops & restaurants, and everyday conveniences like grocery stores. This 1350-square-foot home is spacious and quiet. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs (2 with queen beds + 1 with twin bed & an office desk). Full bath upstairs with a tub, and a half bath downstairs. Beach chairs provided.

We rented here for a month and it was perfect. The location provides quick access to Sullivan’s Island, Shem Creek and downtown Charleston. The townhome is spacious, clean and well decorated. The owner was responsive and provided great recommendations. Would definitely stay here again!

Great townhouse, met all our expectations. Spacious, great kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms, pet friendly, quiet neighborhood, host responded very quickly to any questions we had. We will request this townhouse again when we travel to Mount Pleasant in the future.

Loved that it’s pet friendly and the location was great. Host was very communicative and kind. Kitchen was well stocked and everything was comfortable. Primary bedroom was very spacious. Minus 1 star because the shower/water pressure wasn’t great and it’s the only one in the house.
