The space is an open concept layout, this is a brand new estudio offering a King size bed, full bathroom plus a queen size sofa bed that can comfortably accommodate one or two children, very well equipped kitchen with all the appliances you'll need to prepare your meals, a living room with confortable furnishing and flatscreen smart TV that that offers online streaming, laundry room just off the kitchen and a balcony to enjoy a morning coffee or evening wine!
This stunning new development features 3 swimming pools, roof top terraces with rooftop plunge pools looking over the beautiful Caribbean! It’s truly is a secluded paradise surrounded by jungle and ocean yet only a short drive or walk down the beach to many restaurants and beach clubs. It’s the best of both worlds. It’s located just outside the town of Akumal which is located between Tulum and Playa del Carmen. Both only a 10 to 15 min drive. There is a PGA golf course across the fwy from us as well as several dive shops close by.

Fantastic!

Excellent stay. The host was very responsive—helped with check-in instructions and transportation questions. The property was great and the location is amazing. Very short walk to a beautiful uncrowded beach. A slightly longer walk (north) to a few completely empty beaches. Several pools to choose from, including a rooftop pool. Away from the hustle and bustle Will definitely stay here again.
