Great family hangout space!

The layout was great and accommodated our large group of family in town for FSU graduation very well. We fixed meals in the kitchen which was pretty well supplied. The setting was gorgeous and the ramp was very helpful for one grandmother that uses a walker. Overall, great place!!

Perfect for Co-workers in town for a conference!

We all enjoyed our stay very much, unfortunately it was cut short by hurricane Helene. The coffee bar was terrific, the remotes had a spot for hanging on the walls in the rooms ( great idea for my own home). Look foward to staying again for our next conference!

Short work travel

We needed a cost effective solution for housing a mixed gendered group of coworkers for a short two day stay. Having two separate, fully functional living areas worked perfectly for the group. The trip went great, in part because the living arrangements were very good.

Host communication is superb as well as property. Vacation rental by owner as a company is not a fair company and we will be not be using them going forward. Fees charged by Vacation rental by owner and their communication is poor. Trying to communicate with them via Philippians call center is bad and not flexible. We will never use Vacation rental by owner again.

After admiring Hummingbird Haus for over 10 years, we finally had the opportunity to purchase it. This is our second large vacation home, and we were thrilled to add our personal touches to the property. Nestled on the edge of San Luis Mission Park and Lake Esther, Hummingbird Haus is an architectural masterpiece, offering plenty of space for large groups to gather and enjoy. We can’t wait for you to experience all it has to offer!
