16 miles de FSU et 20 minutes du centre-ville de Tallahassee. Ce quartier calme et magnifique est l'endroit idéal pour se détendre après une longue journée. Maison se trouve sur 2 hectares à quelques minutes de la ville vintage de La Havane. Cour arrière clôturée avec piscine hors sol (piscine non clôturée séparément). 9 personnes avec beaucoup d'espace pour ajouter des matelas pneumatiques. Suite principale avec lit King Size Sleep Number, télévision dans la chambre et bain à remous avec douche séparée. Une suite BR avec 2 lits jumeaux et salle de bain complète. Un jumeau BR avec salle de bain partagée. 2 chambres avec lits doubles. Sièges formels DR 8, sièges de table de cuisine 8 et 3 sièges de bar. Salon à aire ouverte avec foyer au bois, téléviseur 55 "avec DirectTV et WIFI. Nous sommes intéressés à rendre votre séjour aussi parfait que possible. Les propriétaires sont sur la propriété dans une maison séparée.

Perfect for large family

This was the perfect house for our family Thanksgiving gathering. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed and more. Every bedroom has a different theme, and very welcoming! I will recommend this house, and I’m sure we will stay there again.

House was large with space for my extended family. Kitchen has lots of counter space and plenty of seating for all. Pool, plants and property were relaxing and provided room to spread out. We were close enough to FSU to get there in less than 30 minutes but far enough away to enjoy the quiet. Hosts were accessible and accommodating. Check in was seemless with no issues. Will definitely stay again, if in the area.

FSU Graduation

We had such a great stay for our daughter’s graduation. Beautiful, clean & cozy house. Everyone had their own bedroom and enough bathrooms to be comfortable. Much better option than staying in a hotel as we had our family plus grandma. Wish the house was a little closer to our daughter’s apartment but it was still great. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Graduation Weekend

The house was very comfortable with lots of space to hang out. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The two friendly kitties outside were an added bonus, so sweet and playful.

Well this place was everything they said it was. Plenty of space for everyone and we loved the backyard area. We didnt get a chance to use pool but no matter we still enjoyed ourselves. Hosts were very responsive in all communication. It was just perfect for what we needed. Would absolutely love the opportunity to stay again. You will see why this home has AMAZING REVIEWS. They put so much effort into making you feel comfortable.

Warm and welcoming!

We stayed at this home for FSU Parents’ Weekend with 4 other couples and it was lovely! It was spacious and very well-stocked. Large back yard, plenty of seating and the neighborhood (25 min away from FSU) was woodsy and quiet. Only thing to keep in mind was that the beds in the other (non master) rooms might be too small for larger adults to share.

Just perfect!

The whole family stayed the weekend for our youngest daughter/sister’s wedding at Woodberry Farm, just 10 minutes down the road. It was perfect! We loved the homey feel of the house, appreciated the well equipped kitchen, loved the outdoor space and garden. Thank for making a special weekend even more enjoyable!

Great home for enjoying family

This house was great. I rented it for my daughter’s graduation from FSU. Everything was perfect. It accommodated everyone’s needs, had great flow and It worked well for a large crowd. Doug and Anna were incredibly accommodating and responsive—especially when I realized I left my laptop at their house. You just can't go wrong staying there.

We were there for our daughter’s graduation from FSU.

We had a wonderful experience staying at Doug & Anna’s home. So welcoming from the time we first interacted and throughout the stay. Just close enough to Tallahassee, but far enough to enjoy the celebration of our daughter’s graduation. The house was so inviting and had everything one could need when away from home. Besides packing your clothes and groceries, we felt at home. Thank you Doug & Anna for making sure our stay was as comfortable as if it our home too.

At Home

We stayed here for our daughter's graduation and commissioning from FSU. From the moment we booked, Doug and Anna were amazing! They responded quickly to all of my messages and provided precise information for the check in process. Their home is absolutely beautiful, inside and outside, and has plenty of space for a larger family trip. We immediately felt at home when we pulled into the driveway and the neighborhood was extremely quiet. Doug and Anna, thank you for sharing your home with us! This was an incredibly special occasion moment for our family and feeling at home, helped relieve some of the stress of the weekend!

All that we needed

We stayed at this property while visiting FSU. The location is approximately 20 minutes from campus. House has everything that you would need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Owners are very communicative and available if needed. Was a great place for a family of 10.

Great Place

We were there to celebrate our son’s graduation from FSU. It was a great setup and we very much enjoyed our stay. The owners went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. We loved the citrus trees and made fresh orange juice. We would highly recommend this location to anyone visiting in the area.

Family Stay

Highly recommend as host were very friendly and attentive. We stayed there for family football weekend as guests came from NC and GA and house was a great fit for us and beautiful place. FSU Graduation Stay

We chose this property for its proximity to FSU and for the number of bedrooms. We were very comfortable for six days and my family of eight had a great time. We highly recommend it for others looking for a place near FSU.

Perfect place for a large family gathering!

With our daughter graduating from Florida State University on Saturday May 4, 2019, and a large number of family members traveling in to Tallahassee for the weekend, we needed a unique place to accommodate ages 2 - 82. This property was perfect! Quiet, beautiful country setting just a short (and scenic) drive to campus, we had such a great time with family there - especially in the backyard where the pool and trampoline were big hits for all. The owner was delightful while walking us through the place to get oriented. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking to gather family and friends away from the campus hustle but close enough to get there and back easily. Many thanks to the owners for providing my family with a place to experience many, wonderful memories!
