This 1 bedroom Stonybrook townhouse is perfect for a family of 3 or 4 or a couple to enjoy a vacation anytime of the year. Esquisetely decorated you can enjoy sitting in front of a crackling wood burning fireplace with hot chocolate or a glass of wine, in the comfortable chairs after a day of skiing or walking around town. There is a dining table located in front of the kitchenette area which has a Convection Oven/Microwave combo, as well as a small refrigerator. The townhouse also has 2 twin mattresses which can be used either in the upstairs bedroom or downstairs in the living room. The second bathroom is also on this level. Go up the spiral staircase to the Master Bedroom with a King Size bed and en suite bathroom where you can still enjoy hearing the crackling fireplace. This is a loft area that overlooks the living room , both the living room and bedroom have views looking out over to Mount Mansfield. In the summer enjoy the outdoor patio. There are tennis courts to use at Stonybrook in the summer as well as 2 outdoor swimming pools. Walk or ride your bike to the town recreation path where you can stop along the way and enjoy the many shops, restaurants & breweries. Stowe Mountain Resort is 10 minutes away, Mountain biking & hiking right outside the Stonybrook community. The townhouse sleeping arrangements is not suitable for 4 adults .

Very cozy with the wood burning fireplace, warmly decorated, comfy bed and seating. Perfect location for skiing and other activities around town. Host was helpful and friendly. Clean, warm, spacious, nice views, crockpot and rice cooker were helpful, Thermadore oven/microwave worked great as do the toaster and coffee maker

Upon arriving we were greeted by a very friendly neighbor, who made us feel welcomed, comfortable, and excited for our stay. We were immediately mesmerized by the landscape and foliage. The condo was quaint and had a lot of unique features, we felt very secure. Suitable walking distance to a cute local town and less than a 10 minute drive from downtown. Highly recommend staying here!

This is such a gem find! Host was responsive and kind. The bed is INCREDIBLY comfy. There are so many nice details throughout the space. You can tell the host put a lot of effort into making a quality space that feels like home. The Town of Stowe is amazing but you’ll look forward to coming home every night. When we return one day, we’d re-book this space in a heartbeat. Worth every penny. The location is also perfect. Practically on the walking trail that goes through town. If you need to drive, it’s central so less than 10 min drive to restaurants, coffee cafes, shops etc.

The location was perfect, quiet and serene with smooth, easy self check-in. The place was clean, and the bed was very comfortable, but for the price and additional rules /hoops to jump through with a rental agreement and threat of additional cleaning charges if directions weren't followed, I would think there might be coffee or tea supplied, shampoo and conditioner in the shower, etc. Also, for anyone who is short (i.e. 5'1') be aware the microwave / oven are not the easiest to use since it is elevated.

Allison, we so appreciate your feedback about your stay & sorry to hear that signing a rental agreement and being asked to leave the condo picked up upon departure was not to your liking. We will move the amenities from the container in the draw next to the hairdryer and curling iron and place them in the shower so they are more easily found. The convection oven/microwave is clearly shown that it is above the kitchen counter in the pictures and we apologize that this was not convenient for you, this was placed in this location for safety reasons so that children are not able to operate it without supervision

Great Snowy Getaway!

This rental was great! Great view, very peaceful and relaxing but still only minutes from everything. Cozy fireplace and beautiful floors. I highly recommend this property and the owners were very helpful and welcoming. The perfect snowy getaway from the hustle and bustle of life!

Had a blast once again @ Stowe.... It snowed thank god, had great conditions... Condo was located perfect, place was nice .....just need decent towels for that kind of price. overall a great trip!

The pictures in the photos shows nicer dining table. There is an old table with miss matched chairs put in place of the nicer one. No recliner as pictured & no bean bag chair as pictured. This condo is cutely decorated shabby chic but the dining table needs to go.The condo is really only suitable for a couple or maybe a couple with one small child. The condo is small & not great for a long stay.The silverware is old antique miss matched. There should be better silverware. There is no stove but a convection. Microwave which we figured out how to use the convection. It would be helpful to have manual on how to use it. There is only a small wine cooler refrigerator it does not have a freezer. There was not any pans or cooking utensils & we had to ask for them. They were kindly delivered to us with some delicious oookies The bed was comfortable. The staircase up to bedroom loft area was difficult to get suit cases up there.We stayed 5 nights & enjoyed the area very much. The condo is in great location close to town & has a beautiful walking trial. I would say it is more suitable for weekend stay.
