It is centrally located near Hospitals and easy access to freeways. Plenty of shops, restaurants, entertainment venues, nature trails, Woodward Park, and golf courses! The home features new, high-end wood and tile flooring throughout the home. The open concept kitchen offers new quartz countertops, custom cabinetry, large pantry, new stainless-steel appliances, new paint, new baseboards, new lighting fixtures, new fire sprinklers.... Relax next to the new beautiful fireplace. As you make your way to the master bedroom, relax as you soak in the luxurious oval bathtub, or enjoy the large walking shower. The backyard is fully landscaped with outside table and a new automated sprinkler system. Beautifully furnished and completely stocked for your stay. Great spot, with pool

The neighborhood was safe and clean; house was open, and well laid out. Very easy and close pool access. Soaking tub was a great bonus, as well as the two car garage.

Lovely place

This is a very new house in North Clovis. We stayed here for a multi-day water polo tournament. It's well appointed, well stocked, very comfortable, and the owner is very responsive. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Great location and beautiful home

The home was perfect for our stay. Everything was beautifully decorated and clean. The home was in a very good area. The pool is behind the home. The owner was very responsive. I would definitely stay again! Next time I would soak in that beautiful tub!

Great location!

Very clean and well equipped property! Location was perfect! Great place to stay if you want to knock some of the national parks off your bucket list. We visited Yosemite, Sequoia, Kings Canyon, Pinnacles, and Death Valley National Parks. The shared pool is right behind the house and was perfect for after a day of hiking! The owner responded promptly to any issues we had! Would definitely stay again if we returned to the area!

The house was perfect for my daughter and her two sons when they visited us right after Christmas. Walking distance to my son’s (her brother’s) family. House was clean and spacious. There was lawn in backyard for their dog to use. We live about 15 minutes away in Clovis but we all spent most of the visit at my son’s. Best neighborhood and gated ! This will be our go to when she visits. Our home is too small and doesn’t have needed sleeping areas for her visits. The host was also very helpful and informative.

Oasis during swim meet

Our family of four stayed here in July while my youngest daughter had a swim meet at the local high school. This house was exactly what we needed when it was time to relax, be calm and cool off. All of the finishes and details are top notch.

Home away from home

Beautiful home, true to Pictures. Very clean and comfortable. Bathtub was amazing...very relaxing. Neighborhood was quiet, many restaurants to chose from. Pool was nice.. we had it to ourselves. Well definitely return when we are back in Fresno.

Great stay

My family and I booked the house for a week. We unfortunately had an issue (our fault) with the key, and it was cleared up by the next day thanks to the host’s good communication. Overall it was a comfortable and safe stay in Fresno! Everything was new, the neighborhood was peaceful, and we enjoyed having a comfortable bed to sleep in every night. Thank you!

Great!

Aesthetically, the house looks great! It was spotless in there and smelled great. The layout of the house was nice. Very spacious. The kitchen was stocked with basic things to cook: pots, pans, large spoons, etc. Some things that would have been nice for a longer stay, like mine, would be a toaster, cutting board and blender. We enjoyed our stay and would love to go back when we’re in Fresno, which is often :)
