A private entrance to your mother in-law suite facing a stunning oversized lakefront lot, The house is split in two units completely separate from each other! Your suite will include 1 Br/Bath & A Full kitchen w upgraded oversized cabinets, snack bar, and oversized pantry. Overlooking pie shaped waterfront lot. Tile thruout the entire house.

Close to Nature trail/park for your enjoyment. Two minutes to Coquina Cove Activity Park, I-95 and The Pavillion Shopping Mall. Easy access to Daytona, New Smryna and Orlando (I-4) and and the Daytona International Airport.
