The house was great! Lots of room. The downstairs gathering room couches were not very comfortable and showing wear. The kitchen was nicely supplied with dishes. Maybe a little salt & pepper supplied would be great as well as liquid hand soap for the bathrooms & kitchen. The safety features around the pool would be very safe for families with little ones. We provided our own washcloths as indicated. The towels are good size and fluffy. We enjoyed the lake view and watched the ducks outside the pool screen. TV’s are everywhere. Some instructions for operations would be very helpful in the guestbook that we referred to during our stay. The twice a day ice cream truck in the neighborhood is a fabulous addition. We also watched a late night rocket launch from the pool area. We would love a return visit and recommend this property to others.

Vacation getaway

This location is exactly how it's advertised. It was very clean and comfortable. A home away from home. The host was very responsive and answered any questions or concerns we had. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your home.

Family and conference

We had a wonderful time! House was clean, comfortable and had everything that we needed. The host were friendly, quick to reply to every request. We were able to enter the house on time, and had no issues with the air conditioning, pool, hot tub or TVs. We will definitely stay again. Great location too.

Villa Holiday

The villa location is really good with a supermarket within half a mile. Parking is not so good, the parking spaces are not ideal for large SUV's and no guarantee you get a space outside you villa. The weekends were very noisy with villas being booked for weekend parties. Although it's a gated community there is a lot of 'tailgating' which is a concern in regard to security. At

Awesome place

This place was super comforting for my family of 7 and had so much to do that my kids wanted to rush back from disney each day. The house was very clean inside and had more than enough space. The host was very attentive providing me with a list of information i needed to know and that was very helpful for my stay.My only concern was there was way too many flies and spider webs on the lanai and in the pool which i tried getting the bugs out of the pool but there was too many. The lanai should be cleaned up. Other than that everything was perfect!

The top linen on the bed in room 1 had stains on it and made me feel as it wasn’t change as it should have been.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry the appearance of the top sheet caused concern. All bed linens are washed before each guest’s arrival. If you had let us know during your stay, we would have been happy to replace it right away. We appreciate your feedback and will ensure any stained linens are removed from service.
