Two-bedroom 2 bath ranch with a split floor plan. Spacious master bedroom with private bath, nicely sized 2nd bedroom with private bath. Updated fully furnished kitchen with new granite counter. Screened-in patio out back that overlooks a spacious back yard. Off-street parking for two cars.

My partner, Marjorie and I are retired but hail from New England. As a tennis player, Marjorie can direct you to the nearest courts. Marjorie is also very involved with the local watercolor and calligraphy clubs. She and I taught ocean kayak skills for many years as ACA Certified Instructors (you will find many lovely places to kayak, rentals are available). I can usually be found in my workshop restoring old cars.
